The husband-and-wife team was delighted with the result and thrilled to earn recognition for their hard work and quality workmanship. “Our display home is the best way we can show our clients and potential clients what to expect when they build with us,” Allie says. “Our coastal-inspired Dakota 237 is the epitome of sustainable living, showcasing the latest in home building, stylish fittings and energy-efficient technology.” Fitted with sustainable, natural products, the home features

a striking façade showcasing exposed timber cladding and a scaffold framing theme. The interior of the Dakota has a distinct homely seaside feel, with the use of bamboo flooring and neutral, earthy interior fittings. Prospective clients can visit award-winning Nick and Allie at their display home on Sacramento St in Oakdene Estate, Ocean Grove.
