With a career in real estate spanning over two decades, Dawn Foran brings a unique blend of expertise, organization, and compassion to every transaction. Before becoming a Realtor® in March 2004, Dawn was a registered nurse with a Master of Science degree, working as an ER staff educator at Rush and teaching at Rush University’s nursing program. Her background in healthcare instilled in her the patience, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills that now benefit her real estate clients.
Dawn is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and a dedicated member of her brokerage’s Relocation Team, where she thrives on managing the intricate details of complex moves. She understands that relocation can be one of the most stressful transitions in a person’s life, and she is committed to making it as seamless as possible. Many of her relocation clients have not only found their perfect home with her guidance but have also become lifelong friends—some even dining at her home during their move.
A longtime resident of the Western Suburbs of Chicago, Dawn purchased her first home in Brookfield at the age of 25. Having lived in the area for over 37 years, she has an in-depth knowledge of the community, the market, and the people. She was deeply involved in School District 102 and Lyons Township High School (204), serving as PTC President, organizing school events, and leading the local swim club. Her involvement earned her a reputation as the “Mayor of La Grange” among friends and family.
Dawn’s commitment to putting her clients first is evident in every transaction. Whether navigating a complex relocation, assisting first-time buyers, or helping families transition to their next home, she brings meticulous attention to detail, unwavering patience, and a true passion for helping people.
