Ingredients For Dough 1-1/2 Cups

Maida (All-Purpose Flour)

5 Tbsp

Ghee

For Filling 1/2 Tin (200 gms) Nestlé MILKMAID 3 Tbsp

Cocoa Powder

2 cups

Grated Coconut

3 Tbsp 1 Tbsp

Chopped Nuts

(cashew nuts, almonds & pistachios)

Elaichi (Cardamom) Powder

For Chocolate Sauce 1/2 Tin (200 gms) Nestlé MILKMAID 2 Tbsp

Cocoa Powder

50 gms

Butter

Oil

for frying

Preparation Time: 15 mins Cooking Time: 15 mins

Directions

1. Cook all the filling ingredients on flame until thick.

2. To prepare dough, pour ghee into maida.

Add water and make into stiff dough.

Knead the dough till pliable.Take portions ofdough and roll into small circles. Place the filling inside circles and shape into gujiya by sealing the edges with little water.

Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.

3. Heat chocolate sauce ingredients together until they leave sides of the pan. Glaze gujiyas with sauce and serve.
