S ETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT
Registering for an account is easy. Click ‘Log In’ or ‘My Account’ to go to the New Customer Registration page. This will take you through standard questions, including Username, Password, and Address. Once you’ve completed this, you’re all set!
BILL STRAIGHT TO MY ACCOUNT
Retailers can charge purchases directly to their monthly parts statement.
1. When registering an account on Subaru Gear, select ‘Retailer’ in the ‘Buying Group’ field. If you already have an account, go to ‘Customer Information’ from the ‘My Account’ page to update this field. Upon checkout, you’ll be required to fill in your Retailer Number and Zone.
2. Upon checkout, you will be prompted to pay with a credit card or charge your parts statement.
SAF Reimbursement
The Subaru Advertising Fund (SAF) reimburses eligible advertising costs for Subaru Retailers. Subaru Gear simplifies this by automating invoices and logo approval.

CHECKOUT STEPS
Before Checkout: Have your Event Pre-Approval (EPA) number ready.
At Checkout: Select “Retailer – Charge Parts Statement” as payment method and enter your EPA number.
After Checkout: Orders with EPA are auto-submitted to the SAF Support Center.
