BACKGROUND & INTRODUCTION Live Rotten is a project with its roots in connectivity and community building. EXISTING CONDITIONS The Rottenwood Creek Trail connects a multitude of uses over its 3.1 mile course.

Tra veling between two uni versities, multiple p a r k s , o ffi c e s , re t a i l s t o re s , s i n g l e a n d mu l t i family homes (and one brewer y), the trail creates a beautiful and serene path through the buzz and energy surrounding Marietta.

On Barclay Circle from Bus Pull Off to Eastern Boundary of RV Resort In an effort to minimize pedestrian/vehicular conflicts, the Urban Greenway trail runs along Cobb Parkway for as short a distance as possible. The portion that does run along Cobb Parkway maintains a generous buffer that keeps users a comfortable distance from oncoming traffic.

T his comprehensive system is designed to be user friendly, giving trail user s the maximum amount of infor mation about where they are located, and how to connect to major destinations along the trail.
