STAHSDuCaneScholarshipsarenamedafterMollieDuCanewhowasagreatenthusiastforandsupporterofthemusical lifeofStAlbans.Bornin1909,MolliewasthegranddaughterofDeanWalterLawrance,oneofthefoundersoftheHigh School.SheattendedtheSchoolandwentontobecomealong-servinggovernorandChairmanoftheOldGirls’Association.
