Words from the Director
Thank you for coming to see what the voices in my head sound like live! This show is by far the silliest and yet a love letter to Middle America in my opinion. If you laugh once, I win; if you leave here cracking up and thinking, OMG, how silly…I’d die happy.
This show is a look back to a simpler time before all the worries of today. These 5 people represent aspects of people we all know. Within these characters, I hope you see a cousin, crazy aunt, parent, or even that person right next to you tonight and laugh your ass off.
I want to thank the actors of this show for their hard work getting this on stage. We laughed so hard during rehearsals and I will always remember these talented performers and this experience!

Doug is a Father, Lover, Dog Owner, Sneaker Fanatic, Paradigm of Style and Good Taste, Midnight Amazon Shopper, TikTok Creeper, Social Media Influencer, Professional Goose Herder, and 'Time Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive' Runner Up for the last 7 years in a row.
Doug holds a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts that he is still paying off. He has appeared in cabarets at StageCoach and as Daddy Warbucks at RCP but says his greatest role is being a dad to his two boys. He would like to thank StageCoach for continuing to give him opportunities to perform and for introducing him to the Smoke Show that is Katie Pond. Most days you can catch him in 'Getting The Flock Out.' He and his border collies perform their daily dance with the wild geese down at The National Mall. www.geesepoliceofdc.com
Jolene has been involved with professional and community theatre as a performer, director, and choreographer for 30+ years. She is excited to be back at StageCoach! Jolene has performed with Smithsonian’s Discovery Theater, NextStop Theatre Company, the Workhouse Arts Center, as well as numerous community theaters in the area. Favorite roles include Amalia in She Loves Me, (The Arlington Players), Diana in Next to Normal and Fiona in Shrek the Musical (Reston Community Players) and Violet in 9 to 5 The Musical (Prince William Little Theater). She would like to thank her amazing family (David, Eli, Joey, and Mom, K.C.) for their never-ending love and support of her theatre addiction.

Katie - Dated. Inebriated and Constipated. Katie is thrilled to be part of this hilarious cast for the holiday season. You may recognize her from various cabarets and murder mysteries here at StageCoach. She is grateful for this theater space for being her home away from home, her creative space and introducing her to the king of dimples, Doug Marcks. She has the zest of life coursing through her veins and is thankful each day for her family both by blood and theatre, but the real stars of her show are her 3 wonderful kids who brighten her days. Even if she pees a little when she laughs. Thanks kids. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Stacy makes her StageCoach debut! She has years of onstage and choreography experience in the DC area. Favorite onstage roles include: Prince William Little Theatre - Sister Mary Patrick (Sister Act), Diva Scrooge (A Christmas Chaos); Zemfira Stage - Paulette (Legally Blonde), Glinda (Wizard of Oz), Eliza Doolittle (My Fair Lady), Lady of the Lake (Spamalot); Alliance Theatre - Mrs. Potts (Beauty and the Beast); Reston Community Players - Oolie/Donna (City of Angels). Stacy also danced in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in NYC and studied choreography at Duke University. She thanks her supportive husband, family, and friends. Robbie is a simple man who enjoys complicated music, recent musical theatre credits include Once Upon This Island, Firebringer, Xanadu, Shrek, and Cinderella. Trained in guitar and piano from Shenandoah University, Robbie enjoys yelling about Vikings in his acoustic metal trio Metallifun.

Joey is thrilled to be working with this amazing theater to finally get this passion project show on stage. This is Joey’s second time directing at StageCoach; his first project was the silly but legendary Hawaiian Christmas Cabaret. Joey is the new Reston Community Theatre President and is very excited for the shows that will be coming up. Previous roles at RCP include Dennis Dupree in the WATCH award-winning musical Rock of Ages, Man #1 in A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder, and Drunken Soldier #1 in Aida. He has also played the evil but misunderstood roles of Franklin Heart in 9 to 5 with Prince William Little Theatre and Baron Bomburst in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang with Alliance Theater. He would like to thank this cast and crew for their hard work.
