Inspired by the landscape of West Virginia and the progression from rugged frontier, connecting the hills and cut rock walls. The renovation of the civic center will reflect a building emerging from the landscape with glass lobbies marking each node that flows through out the landscape of West Virginia. PROJECT SCOPE|
Renovation of 280,000 sf of Civic Center which includes the Arena Lobby, Central Plant, Meeting Rooms, and outdoor river space.

Shaped around the legendary stories of San Antonio, the interiors concept show cases the soul of the city that inspired the colors, textures, details and patterns of the Guestrooms and Suites. A nod to the town’s vivacity and spirit. The design is structured around a modern context of clean lines accented with woven textures, zesty colors and authentic patterns inspired by local details. A FFE refresh of 46 Suites, 954 Guestrooms, Lobby Bar, Lobby Lounge, and Lobby Restrooms.
