Eliminate affordability as a barrier to school entry for qualified students:
• Stabilize the cost of tuition through increased endowments and budgetary relief programs
• Increase scholarship and other tuition assistance opportunities
Providing Exceptional Facilities
While caring for our common home, create and maintain a campus masterplan to ensure exceptional facilities for current and future generations:
• Develop a holistic campus wide masterplan with an emphasis on safety and efficiency
• Contemporize classrooms to improve the learning experience
• Explore the expansion of student common areas to improve collaboration and cafeteria options while also creating multi-use spaces for year-round use and community engagements
• Explore expansion and modernization of the Berning Gymnasium and wellness facilities
Maximizing Operational Efficiency
Differentiate the St. Xavier Advantage to prospective students, their parents, alumni and friends of the institution:
• Achieve a total student population that maximizes the operational efficiency of the school
• Market clear differentiators of St. Xavier from other high schools
• Enhance direct contact using technology, social media platforms and analytics to expand target audiences

$200 Million
To assist in accomplishing the Five Strategic Pillars of the St. Xavier 200 Strategic Plan for Continuous Improvement, we have embarked on the aggressive $200 million St. Xavier 200 Campaign. This campaign is designed to acquire, achieve and steward the resources needed to effectively carry forward the Mission and Vision of St. Xavier High School towards and beyond the 200th anniversary of the school in 2031.
