2020 CHRISTMAS CONCERT - A Weary World Rejoices Dec. 4 and 5 • 7PM • Live Stream The tradition continues with St. Luke’s Christmas concerts in 2020 with a special online concert, recorded safely to bring the joy of music that celebrates Christ’s birth into the safety of your home. St. Luke’s Chancel Choir, Orchestra, New Song, Wesleyan Ringers, Children’s Choirs and Contemporary Chapel Voices are all included, bringing you moving versions of old and new Christmas favorites. EVICTED: Poverty and Profit in the American City BOOK STUDY | Mondays, Nov. 30-Jan. 4 • 7-8PM • Zoom This important book, written by Matthew Desmond, will open your eyes to the challenges of families experiencing eviction. Indiana is second only to New York in evictions each year and Indy is facing an eviction crisis in January when the COVID moratoriums are lifted. GO in service to others… SPREAD THE WARMTH COAT DRIVE It’s getting cold and there are many families who need coats for kids and adults! Make a difference before the bitter cold sets in. Bring gently used or new coats and leave them in the wrapped box near the main office before November 24. All donations support Fletcher Place Community Center. THANKSGIVING 2020 There are still opportunities to help us prepare or deliver meals for our community this Thanksgiving! If you would like to make sure everyone fully celebrates this special holiday, volunteer to serve at ANGEL TREE Angels are all around us so get fitted with your wings and donate Christmas toys to a family in need this Christmas by December 7. Then join the field of angels as we deliver toys on December 13 to over 300 children. Please sign up at angeltree to either sponsor a child or deliver gifts.

HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS During this unprecedented global pandemic, many families are struggling to keep a roof over their heads. Join us in keeping families “Home for the Holidays” by donating to provide rental assistance to struggling families this holiday season. A Christmas catalog filled with gifts and goodies is available now on our website, All proceeds support our benevolence fund, so consider beginning your Christmas shopping with us and supporting your community! 2021 MIDDLE SCHOOL MISSION TRIP July 11-16 • Charleston, WV Days and nights will be filled with learning about the people, history and culture of this city, building relationships, and serving at a food pantry, soup kitchen or senior facility. We will partner with YouthWorks, which has partnered with this community since 2003. Cost: $400. Register at stlukesumc. com/middleschoolmissiontrip. 2021 HIGH SCHOOL MISSION TRIP July 10-17 • Blue Ridge Mountains, NC Students and adults will experience the beauty of the people and nature in scenic small towns while participating in children’s ministry, completing work projects and supporting local ministries while connecting with people to address significant needs. Evenings will be spent exploring the great outdoors, engaging with community members and a community cookout! Register at Cost: $500.
