St. Andrew’s School will embark on an ambitious plan to enhance its educational impact through expansion, innovative institutional partnerships, new learning programs, and alternative pathways while maintaining a clear institutional identity rooted in inclusivity and excellence.

We will launch a regional marketing campaign clarifying our role as a destination for all types of learners.

→ Institutional growth:

We will explore opportunities for expansion through new programs, partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.

→ Tending to our donor community:

We will strengthen our donor relationships by building major gifts and planned giving programs.

→ Educational leadership expansion:

We will widen our role as a leader in inclusive education through professional development, conferences, and consultative programs that reach far beyond our campus.

St. Andrew’s School will broaden student experiences by strategically expanding our innovative partnerships, programs, and curricula. While embracing new opportunities, we will remain committed to maintaining and communicating a clear institutional identity rooted in our values.

INITIATIVES:

→ Pathways to potential: We will expand curricular options with innovative courses and career pathways and equip students with the skills needed to succeed.

→ Global journeys initiative—cultivating global understanding through travel and place-based educational experiences: We will broaden experiential learning through travel programs that build global understanding and IB-aligned competencies.

→ Cultivating creative futures—expanding arts education: We will enhance arts education with reimagined course offerings, upgraded facilities, new partnerships, and targeted student recruitment.

St. Andrew’s School will continue to be an intentional community that bridges diverse experiences, fosters authentic belonging, and prepares students to navigate an increasingly complex world with empathy and purpose. Our recent strategic visioning survey reaffirmed that our traditions of inclusion, kindness, and collaboration are core reasons why families choose St. Andrew’s. To realize this goal and ensure these values remain central to the student experience, we will design and implement a continuous improvement framework to ensure that commitment endures.

We will upgrade campus spaces to reflect our values of belonging, accessibility, and community connection.

→ Protecting a circle of care:

We will cultivate empathy, kindness, and leadership through a Chaplaincy anchored in the service, reflection, and restorative practices of our Chapin Tradition.

→ Chapin Fellowship:

We will create a cohort-based student leadership framework with inclusive entry points for all learners.

→ A framework for excellence:

We will align programs, policies, and departments to our mission and guiding principles through a continuous improvement framework that encompasses ongoing accreditations.
