Report for Board of Trustee. April 2012- August 2013
ď ś I am pleased to submit Report for the consideration of Board of Trustee of Rishi Vana Trust.
Following is the list of events that happened during the period. 1.
New Generator of 10 K V Powerica was donated by Narendra bhai of Seed worth Rs. 2.5 Lakh in. July 1.

Generator Room was created in May 2013. Thanks to Ravi Paranjpeji for guidance & support.
3.
New Air Cooler of 120 Ltr Rs 45,000 was donated by CFL participant in March 2013 which helped us to host Corporate & Executive Retreats even during the summer. Seeing its utility, a new Air Cooler of 120 Ltr was Rs 45,000 purchased in April 2013. Also Godrej make Refrigerator of 350 Ltr was bought during August 2013.

Guru Poornima & Aradhana Day happened in the divine presence of Pujya Guruji in 2012 with 108 hawan, Padayatra was organized before each Guru Poornima.

Aradhana Camp With Guruji was conducted by Guruji in March 2012.

SMILE: Self Management & Inspirational Leadership program was offered to Mazagaon Docks Ltd from 31st Aug 2012 with initiative from DGM Aruna Sood. Six Batches happened in MDL, during August, Sept, Oct, Nov 2012, Feb & Mar 2013 with great & inspiring results upto 96.30% in 165 point feedback form. About 240 members covered. MDL management is keen to give this program to its 10,000 members.

SMILE started in RCF started from April 2013 & about 250 covered. RCF in 4 batches. RCF intends to cover 8400.

RCF : Director HR Visited in Apr & July 2013: P G Deshpande & expressed great pleasure to see unbelievable results.

RCF : Ex Director HR, RCF Mukund Patil Visited : 4 July 2013.

CFL 15 V Philips 200 no lights donated by Nemish Mehta : Oct 2012.

Color lighting & decoration of hall : Oct 2012.

Overdue Income Tax Refunds totaling to about 1 L received for 5 years in June 2013. One Refund of over 1.30 L for AY 2009/10 is expected shortly.

Mahesh Rathi, President of Marwadi Sabha visited 30/5/2013 & guided on neem & other plantations.
16.
Uttarakhand Relief Fund created & funds 60K given to org serving there. July 2013.
17.
Global Giving Seminar on online fund raising attended on 26 June 2013.
18.
Thanks to Ketan Kant for donating 3 L for Ashram monthly salaries.

Thanks to ECS donors for Ashram. ECS amount has come down from 47 To 42 Pm.

Thanks to Prakash Patel & team for generating funds & making attached toilet for Teacher's Room, changing roofs etc. During 2011/12.

Thanks to Ashram Volunteers Team & all the meditators for supporting Ashram whole heartedly.

Unpleasant police case: May 2012 in the matter of Dear Protection by Maneka Gandhi group based on misunderstanding is getting resolved.

We are planning for International Spiritual Tourism Project with the help of Sanjayji & Ravi Iyer, International Head of RSS.

We are actively Supporting Arthakranti by taking it to national & international level through Supreme Court.
