Course Start Dates
English courses usually begin every Monday. Some schools offer courses with fixed dates. These courses are mainly for teens (Junior Students) and preparation courses for official tests (eg Cambridge and Toefl / Toeic).
Help to register
We offer three ways to enrol: filling in the registration form you will find at the end of this catalog (p. 34) or by completing the form directly in our website. Also if you prefer, you can send us an email providing the information of the type of Program chosen. You will then receive a Program confirmation package within 14 days.
Registration Process
If you have already decided to book the program, then you can proceed to the registration immediately. If you plan your trip well in advance, it will be much easier to satisfy all your specific requests for accommodation. We would confirm the reservation once we receive the application form and confirmation of bank transfer.
Last Minute
If you decide to leave in a few days and circumstances allow (availability of courses, accommodations, etc.) We will do everything to organize your stay last minute.
Airport Transfer
For all our destinations we organize the transfer from the airport to your accommodation. This option is recommended for those under 18. Depending on your level of independence and knowledge of the country, you can choose to go by taxi, train or bus.
Cost
The prices shown in this brochure include courses, accommodation, assistance from SSI, travel advice and personalized consultancy, also help from our consultants that will help you with all the necessary documents, registration, booking process, etc...

Insurance
Insurance against sickness and accident abroad is extremely recommended, but not mandatory. Before departure, we recommend insurance for personal and financial security, covering: repatriation, baggage, costs of the stay, legal expenses, savings, passport and documents, medical expenses, emergency assistance, personal liability, etc..
Documentation
All who wish to opt for one of our study trips organized by SSi LANGUAGES must be in possession of a passport or identity card and in some specific cases a visa will be required to enter and remain in the host country for the duration of your stay. In addition, it is recommended to be in possession of a European Health Insurance card (EHIC) and take it with you during your stay abroad.
Visas
The student visa is required for non-European citizens and requires a different type of visa depending on the duration and program of stay. We will report in detail on the procedures to follow, making the necessary documents for the visa application.
Festivities 2014
Schools may be closed on the following national holidays: 1 January, 18 & 21 April, 5 & 26 May, 25 August 2014 and from 20 to 28 December 2014. The lessons scheduled for these dates will not be refunded.
Study Programs 2014
Extended prices in this catalog are valid for the current year. If you book before October 31, 2014, the following year the same prices will be applied as the current year.
