Student association board 2020

Dear All,

First of all, we would like to say thank you for all the support during the elections. We truly feel blessed for being given this chance to work together in this exact group. Although it has only been a month, all of us already feel like a family. Most of the time you can find us in the SA room studying together, listening to and singing “Aš begu” by Lauris Reiniks or doing some SA related duties. We are always there for each other and will always be there for all SSE Riga students, so do not be afraid to approach us!

Also, we would like to say thank you to the previous board members for always being there for us and, even with the weight of FE on their shoulders, still answering all of our questions, and helping us to improve and better understand the work of SA. We cannot imagine what would we do without your support!

This month we have successfully made the CofFE committee as well as organized two brunches. Also, we have planned out Valentine’s Day party and The Annual Ice Hockey Game. We have recruited the new associates, participated in Open Doors Day, improved our relationship with the administration, met the new board of the RGSL, officially got recognized by The Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia, participated in a photo session, put up whiteboards in dorms and many other things.

There are several more ideas we are currently trying to realize and are working on. Therefore, dear SSE Rigans, we hope to see all of you participating in every possible way in the student life of SSE Riga.
