Interior design Architecture

Lumina House 01
Rionegro, Colombia
Lumina is a design that responds to the landscape, context, and family as the fundamental axis of the project. In this design, we aim to evoke the traditional homes found in the Andean coffee plantations, featuring a central courtyard that integrates native vegetation from Cerro El Capiro, the site of the house

Due to the space distribution and the characteristics of the triangular lot, the triangular shape and central courtyard play an incredible role in the design. They allow the main spaces to be oriented towards the natural landscapes of Valle San Sebastián.
Moreover, the courtyard provides natural lighting and climate control throughout the house. This feature also allowed for playing with the proportions of the triangle’s unequal sides.

With a family of four in mind, we designed a home that fosters connection and reflects the essence of family. Using light woods, exposed brick, and warm lighting, we infused warmth and character, creating a cozy atmosphere that invites togetherness.

House 02
A “mountain retreat” is how the client described their ideal home.
This project, conceived as a sanctuary where nature merges with architecture, places deliberate focus on blending rustic and industrial elements. Each texture tells a story, enveloping the occupants in an atmosphere of warmth and familiarity.”

Having views of the forest and stream was imperative; the house captures nature and its surroundings through openings that connect the backyard and terrace, allowing vegetation to penetrate the home without losing the sense of refuge.

The house subtly incorporates industrial elements, from metal details to exposed structures, each adding a touch of modernity that contrasts and yet harmonizes with the surrounding nature, creating a lasting connection with the earth and elements while enduring the passage of time.

SE01 House 03
SE01 brings an industrial and modern design to the mountain forests of El Carmen de Viboral. We aimed to create a connection between the social space and the surrounding nature. The magic begins in the social area designed to celebrate interaction and appreciation of the environment.

The social area opens towards the outside, offering a spectacular view of the forest. This design allows nature to become an integral part of the interior ambiance, creating a sense of expansion and connectivity with the surroundings.
To enhance the experience, we created a double-height space that amplifies the visual and luminous connection with the outdoors. This not only internalizes the landscape but also allows generous natural light entry, creating a bright and welcoming interior environment.

The connection extends to the intimacy of nature through a carefully encapsulated inner courtyard shaped by the house’s form. This courtyard becomes an internal oasis, shared by the rooms, a place where nature is experienced in a closer and more personal manner.

Status: Design
Suroeste Antioqueño, Colombia
An exclusive corner in the nature of Southwest Antioquia, where we are creating a luxury retreat in harmony with the majesty of nature. This unique development envisions the construction of 68 hotel villas, each designed to offer an unparalleled experience.

For this project, we propose the development of 3 hotel typologies ranging from 360 m² to cozy houses of 120 m², each with captivating views of the surrounding landscapes and hills. Each villa sits on its own plot of land, offering privacy to its inhabitants.

With a design still evolving, all the comforts of a hotel are integrated to make this place a unique experience. Plazas, restaurants, communal pools, spa facilities, and more will provide guests with the comfort and exclusivity of a luxury hotel.

DM8013 House 05
Residential Interior Design
Cutler Bay, Miami, EEUU.
In the vibrant community of Cutler Bay, we embarked on a bold transformation of a residence built in 1980, spanning 593 m² of contemporary refinement. This two-story house reflects the vision of a family yearning for minimalist elegance and comfort.
Under construction
Every detail was carefully designed to embody a modern style that embraces simplicity, while integrating the latest technology for an unparalleled living experience.

This home, conceived as a retreat where the family can recharge, aligns with the vision of a sanctuary that welcomes its inhabitants with a sense of exclusivity and peace amid the hustle and bustle of daily life.
From the entryway of the residence, a first impression is created that promises sophistication and well-being, extending to its outdoor social areas where we find an outdoor oasis around the pool and BBQ area.

Each space in the residence merges into a fluid design, providing a perfect ambiance for relaxation and entertainment.

VR21
House 06
Residential Interior Design El Retiro, Colombia.
The intention of this project was to transform the master bedroom into a more spacious, cozy, and distinctive space. Through its textures, colors, and materials, the aim was to disconnect this area from the rest of the house, creating a refuge of intimacy and privacy for its inhabitants.

To achieve this goal, our team of carpenters created a wall of cedar slats as the main element, spanning one of the walls of the room. This, in combination with leather, pine nightstands, and blown glass lighting, allowed us to play with textures and create a cozy, warm, and harmonious space.

In the master bathroom, we chose to enhance the industrial style of the home by creating a black cedar wall accompanied by furniture design that reflected this industrial aesthetic through a metal structure. This structure continues the verticality of the wooden slats and complements the melamine finishes that interact with wall cladding and a stone countertop that stands out in the space.

LD48 House 07
Residential Interior Design El Retiro, Colombia.
In LD48 House, every corner has its own story. The fireplace, the heart of this home, is more than just a source of warmth—it’s a work of art that blends rustic woods, metal, and glass to create a contrast that captures the essence of a mountain retreat and luxury.
Designed to be much more than a mere functional element, this piece creates an entertainment and bar space that becomes the social heart of the home.

The duality in design, with an upper portion in Japanese-style Shou Sugi Ban charred wood and a lower area in meticulously applied oak with techniques and paints, adds exceptional dynamism to the fireplace, creating a visual appeal that captures the essence of the residence.
The bar assumes a prominent role in the home as a display for its select bottles. Warm lighting enhances the quality of each liquor, transforming the act of serving into a luxurious and immersive experience.
Strategically located, the fireplace and bar become the epicenter of social interactions. The layout facilitates connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, especially with the pool and social deck.

In this home, sophistication extends to the most private corners designed for family comfort and entertainment. The combination of materials that mimic dark woods, stones, and warm lighting ensures that every detail contributes to the atmosphere of the rest of the residence. Large windows offer panoramic views, merging work and leisure with the serenity of the surroundings.

San Sebastian
Residential Interior Design La Ceja, Colombia.
Experiencia San Sebastián is a cheese dairy in La Ceja, where they empower single mothers and milk producers to make artisanal cheeses using ancient European methods.
The task was to design a space from an old, disused barn to build an apartment for the owner, honoring their family farm heritage without sacrificing what would become the homeowners’ living space.

We needed to create a separation between the restaurant and production areas of the department without neglecting the owner’s need to integrate into the cheese dairy and the surrounding pastures where the cattle are fed.
This design is conceptualized as a portal, where the inhabitant fully connects with what is happening, from a serene level of concentration to a slow-paced stimulation.

The goal of the communication model was to move away from appearances and immerse the viewer in the fundamental values of San Sebastián, which are tradition, roots, and a deep connection with the countryside.
