Its founder, Mr. Ravi Shankar Jhunjhunwala, focused on three key principles: quality, consistency, and hygiene, which helped the restaurant gain popularity among both the locals and tourists from around the world. Starting from a small 800 square feet restaurant with only two chefs and four floor staff, the establishment has grown to over 200 employees, expanding its operations to various segments of the hospitality industry. Sri Annapurna has continued to evolve with time, adapting to changing circumstances and exploring new avenues for growth.
