BLUETOOTH SOLUTIONS Sena Technologies Inc. was founded in 1998 and has earned a reputation as an innovative company in the world of motor sports, outdoor activities and technology applied to communication systems. Our first intercom launched in 2010 was SMH10 and since then we have never stopped, following a passion for innovation that has led us to develop new solutions over the years, such as communication systems with integrated camera, smart helmets and, recently, solutions that include the Mesh technology. Not to mention the continuous software updates and the development of new apps, in order to allow the customer to make the most out of their device ... and in the easiest way. As a result of deep commitment and dedication, Sena has become the point of reference in the Bluetooth communication landscape estabilishing succesful partnerships with many of the best brands of motorcycling, helmets, and many OEM partners. Our aim is to make riding a motorcycle a safer and more enjoyable experience and in this regard we are proud to introduce you to our new range of products currently under development and scheduled for 2019: Momentum EVO: the first fully-integrated, full face helmet available with mesh-network technology Econo Helmet: an all-new Bluetooth integrated, open face helmet built specifically with scooter riders in mind. 25R : slim version of our top product 20S with a new design and Bluetooth 5.0 35R : slim version of our top product 30K with a new design, Mesh Intercom and Bluetooth 5.0 10C EVO : Communication System with integrated camera, with a new slim design and an increased quality of the footage These first 20 years have been a great ride and we hope to continue riding with you at our side for the next 20 years and beyond! #RideConnected

Advanced Noise Control When Advanced Noise Control is enabled, the background noise is reduced during an intercom conversation. When it is disabled, the background noise is mixed with your voice during intercom conversation.

Ambient Mode
Group Intercom
You can hear the ambient sound outside of your helmet by activating the Ambient Mode. To activate the Ambient Mode, press twice the Ambient Mode Button, which is placed on the bottom of the clamp unit.
Group Intercom allows you to instantly create a multi-way conference intercom of up to eight participants. You can create and start Group Intercom through your Smartphone App.
Audio Multitasking
Intercom + Phone Call Conference
Audio Multitasking allows you to have an intercom conversation while simultaneously listening to music, FM radio, or GPS directions. The overlaid audio is played in the background with reduced volume whenever there is an intercom conversation and will return to normal volume once the conversation is finished.
Users can have a three-way phone call conference by adding an intercom friend into the phone call conversation.
Audio Overlay Audio Overlay allows you to hear the audio from two features simultaneously. When Audio Overlay is enabled, phone calls, GPS instructions and intercom conversations can be overlaid with audio from the FM radio, music or GPS app instructions from a smartphone in the background with reduced volume. Increasing or decreasing the volume of the audio in the foreground will also increase or decrease the volume of the overlaid audio in the background. Bluetooth Audio Recording Can be paired with the Sena Prism Action Camera or GP10 Bluetooth Audio Pack for GoPro® for seamless recording of audio and video.
Motion Sensor This feature allows one to double tap on the surface of the 20S to enter voice command mode. The sensitivity of this feature can easily be adjusted. Music Sharing A feature which allows one to start sharing music with an intercom friend using Bluetooth stereo music during a twoway intercom conversation. Navigation App Support When Audio Multitasking is enabled, your Smartphone’s GPS application reduces in volume whenever there is an ongoing intercom conversation. To listen to your Smartphone’s GPS navigation clearly without this volume reduction, enable Navigation App Support.

Second Mobile Phone (Multipoint)
Voice Prompts
Typical Bluetooth headsets can connect with only one Bluetooth device, but a second Mobile Phone Pairing allows the headset to connect with another Bluetooth device such as a second Mobile Phone, an MP3 player, or the Sena SR10 (the Bluetooth adapter).
You can disable voice prompts, but the following voice prompts are always on: Configuration (for setting the menu), Check Battery, Factory Reset, Speed Dial, and the voice prompts for for FM radio functions. VOX Intercom
Sena Smartphone App Device is compatible with the Sena Smartphone App.
Speak into the microphone loudly enough to connect with the last intercom friend to start talking over the intercom.
Sidetone
VOX Phone
Sidetone is the sound of your own voice as picked up by your headset’s microphone and reproduced in your own ear, by your own speaker. It helps you to naturally speak at the correct level according to varying helmet noise conditions. If this feature is enabled, you can hear what you are speaking during an intercom conversation or a phone call.
When voice-activated phone answering is enabled, you can answer incoming calls by simply saying a word loudly enough, unless you are connected to the intercom.
Smart Volume Control Smart Volume Control automatically changes the level of the speaker volume based on the level of the environmental noise. Speed Dial You can quickly make a phone call by using the voice speed dial menu. Universal Intercom You can have an intercom conversation with non-Sena Bluetooth headsets using the Universal Intercom function. Non-Sena Bluetooth headsets can be connected to the Sena Bluetooth headset if they support the Bluetooth Hands-Free Profile (HFP). Voice Commands Simply speak a command into the microphone to activate certain features of the device. For example, “End Intercom” will end all intercom conversations.
Mesh Intercom Mesh intercom is an adaptive and autonomous intercom technology developed by Sena which features selforganizing, self-healing, self-optimizing, and multihopping group communication.Mesh intercom allows riders to connect and communicate with nearby users without the need to pair each headset together. Open Mesh It can connect with a virtually unlimited number of nearby 30K headsets within a 1.6 km range: 6 people can talk at the same time while a virtually limitless number of participants listen when they are within range.Users can freely connectwith each other when in Open Mesh. Open Mesh is recommended since it is the easiest way to have a group intercom communication. Closed Mesh When the headset is in Close Mesh, it can connect with up to 15 other 30K headsets. The range between each headset in Private Mode can be up to 2.0 km. The Mesh can extend up to 8.0 km head-to-tail during a closed intercom conversation. In a Closed Mesh group participants can leave, join or rejoin a group intercom conversation without affecting theconnection between each of the headsets.
