The VANTANA represents a completely new class of motorhome. It is compact in the city and flexible on narrow country roads. Driving it is a real joy and living in it a real pleasure. Highly-effective insulation with XPS heat insulation The body of the VANTANA is insulated with B6 high-performance insulation and XPS foam. This not only stiffens the body and dampens road noise, but also keeps heat and cold out and provides a pleasant living environment.
Dynamic design language The new Hobby VANTANA is a real eye-catcher: the dynamic outside design with the compass gives the compact van an individual note. In addition to the standard white paint, three other special paint colours are available as an option: slate grey, metallic black and silver.
Sliding door with windows and storage compartments The window with integrated blind provides light or privacy as you need it. Small items can be stowed in the storage compartments.
Intelligent and flexible division of rear Lots of space for holiday and sports utensils is provided in the storage area at the rear. Kite equipment? Mountain bike? No problem: the optional lashing lugs make sure that everything stays in its place.
Stable bicycle rack Perfect for two bicycles – the THULE bicycle rack. Even when the bicycle rack is mounted, the two rear windows can still be opened for ventilation.
REMIS pleated black-out system for front and side windows in driver's cabin The tried-and-tested REMIS pleated blind system for the cab protects against intrusive gazes and sunshine.
Lockable storage cabinet above the cab Practical and safe: the large compartment with lockable flap provides additional storage space.
Storage compartments in floor No space is left unused. Storage cabinets under the seat chests and in the floor ensure that everything has its place.
Moveable individual seats Your VANTANA can be supplied with individual seats rather than a seat bench on request. (Not Available on K55)
Rear-ventilated storage cupboards Optimal circulation of the rising radiator heat: ventilation slits in the cupboards in combination with the body insulation prevent damp spots and mildew.

EQUIPMENT
High-quality vent window The tinted outside windows are made as part of a casting process. The higher material thickness makes them considerably more resistant against tension and deformities and ensures improved sound insulation. The new sealing system also provides long-lasting protection against humidity.
Mesh pocket in entrance area Practical and easy to access: the mesh pocket in the kitchen is the ideal place for stowing your holiday reading quickly and easily.
Foldable and removable slatted frame If the bed is folded away to the side or completely removed, the VANTANA is also capable of storing large-size sports equipment. Fastening straps will keep everything in place during the journey.
Fixed bench seat with comfortable seat cushions that can be moved to the side.

LED gooseneck lamps The exclusive reading lights above the seat bench provide bright light with minimal electricity consumption. They can be directed at specific areas, helping you to read a book or study the route for the next day.
Fully-integrated combi cassettes with shade blinds and insect screen All windows in the living compartment are equipped with combi cassette blinds integrated into the side wall which protect against sun and insects.

Wall cabinets with soft-close The doors that open wide upwards and have a soft-close mechanism allow plenty of headroom. Extra-sturdy hinges ensure a high opening and locking force.
Kitchen drawers in comfort size The large drawers with full extension provide a good view and easy access. The soft-close mechanism ensures the drawers close softly and quietly. The sturdy drawer locks prevent the drawers from accidentally opening during the journey.
Spacious 80-litre refrigerator The DOMETIC refrigerator with a volume of 80 litres has LED lighting on the inside and comes with compartments that can be divided flexibly. The raised installation means that you do not have to stoop to use it (depending on model).
Two-flame hob and stainless steel sink Up to two dishes can be cooked at the same time on the stainless steel hob. The ignition safety mechanism stops the gas flow when the flame goes out. The glass cover provides an extra work surface.
Worktop extension The compact kitchen is an example of the VANTANA's intelligent use of space. Extra work surface is provided by the worktop extension that can be folded upwards.
LED lighting and sockets in the kitchen A continuous LED lighting strip above the hob and sink ensures optimal illumination of the work area. Another practical detail: the two 230 volt sockets in the kitchen.
Frost-protected fresh water tank The easily accessible fresh water tank is protected against frost and installed securely in the vehicle's rear.
Spacious bathroom with separate shower A perfect shower concept in the smallest space. The flexible sliding door to the washroom and toilet can be turned into a fixed shower screen with just a few hand movements. The slip-resistant shower tray has a robust cover for use in the daytime that comes in the same design as the floor (depending on model).
Side washroom with practical shower column The compact side washroom with integrated louvre door offers comfort in the smallest space. A practical element is the shower column with integrated sink (depending on model).
Generous storage options All care products can easily be accommodated in the under-sink cupboard of the spacious bathrooms and the mirrored cabinets.
Vent window with frosted glass effect The vent window provides natural light and optimal ventilation for the washroom. Its frosted glass effect guarantees privacy.
Bathroom tap with extendable hand-held shower nozzle Practical solution: the washbasin tap is also the hand-held showerhead.

Hobby CI-BUS on-board management system with TFT operating panel The modern CI-BUS on-board management system controls all the equipment and functions belonging to the on-board network. The control knob and six additional soft keys underneath the display allow you to conveniently and easily navigate between the menus. Whether TRUMA, ALDE or DOMETIC: thanks to the cross-sector interface, the new symbols and graphics on the Hobby TFT operating panel depict a cross-section of all manufacturers' symbols, meaning that users will find themselves in a familiar environment as far as icons are concerned. Displays such as date / time, inside / outside temperature, water tank level and battery charge / discharge can be read on the display panel or settings can be activated directly. Other BUS-capable on-board components, such as heating, air conditioning and electric sunroof, can be centrally controlled. The system is standardised, can be updated and is therefore compatible with future appliance generations. Up to 15 appliances can already communicate with the control panel. BLAUPUNKT navigation system including reversing camera Besides functioning as a DVD player, navigation system and a display for the reversing camera, the AV tuner is used for wireless phone calls via Bluetooth and as a central media player incl. pitch finder app. (Subject to change of model in the current season.)
TRUMA combination hot air heater with hot water boiler The hot air pipes in the TRUMA Combi heating system distribute heated air optimally through the vehicle and ensure cosy temperatures. It is controlled via the digital CP PLUS 6 TRUMA control panel.

Latest battery management The intelligent battery sensor IBS supplies all the important data such as charging time, charging current and charging voltage, as well as the remaining running time and discharge current of the starter and body battery or AGM battery. All values can be read on the TFT operating panel. The battery sensors supply the intelligent charger with the exact charging current and voltage it needs, thereby ensuring battery-conserving charging until it is 100% full. Charging times are reduced by approx. 30% with this system compared to standard chargers.

Roof-mounted air conditioning system DOMETIC FreshJet with heating function The roof-mounted air-conditioning system features four controllable airflow settings. The comfortable lightweight system works economically and quietly.
XPS heat insulation
Frost-protected installation in the floor pedestal The supply and disposal pipes are housed in a heated double floor in the seating area. The complete internal floor comprises XPS heat insulation with GRP coating.
