Nose construction The well-planned nose design is dominated by a solid corner construction made from a moulded PU frame. The sandwich construction with EPS core and the stable windowsill made from PE foam above the gas cylinder locker ensure the highest levels of insulation. PU-foamed corner posts serve as a stable nose-sidewall connection, are water-resistant and also have good insulation characteristics. They provide a permanent way of connecting the ABS moulded parts and give rise to the unique exterior design of Hobby caravans with their beautiful rounded edges. Exterior graphic in waterproof digital print The sidewall of the Ontour has been designed using cutting-edge digital printing techniques for the first time. It is highly colour-fast and durably weatherproof.
Extremely stable manoeuvring handle The manoeuvring handle on your Hobby caravan is ergonomically moulded and an integral part of the structure. With the De Luxe, Excellent, Prestige and Premium models, they are also harmoniously integrated into the exterior design of the vehicle. Rain awning with water drainage The awning rails on the nose and rear with specially moulded end pieces ensure even better drainage of rainwater.
Particularly roomy gas-cylinder locker The gas cylinder locker not only holds two 11kg gas cylinders, but also has space for the crank holder, wheel chocks and waste-water tank. With the De Luxe, De Luxe Edition, Excellent, Prestige and Premium models, solid parallelogram fittings enable easy access. The plastic floor is rot-proof and easy to clean. The lid on the Ontour model is fitted with a gas pressure spring.
Practical boot The boot in the back of the vehicle is ideal for stowing camping tables and chairs, for example. Double locking and an all-round rubber sealing lip protect against splashing water. (Premium)

Jaeger 13-pole passenger vehicle connection plug The standard 13-pole passenger vehicle connection plug by Jaeger not only supplies the brake and rear lights with electricity, but also enables all the caravan's 12 volt equipment to be operated off the car battery.
LED ambient lighting Numerous lighting elements in energy-saving LED technology create a unique atmosphere. The new LED light strips on the cupboards provide that extra something. (Not on De Luxe). All 12 V lights come exclusively with energy-saving LED technology.
LED wardrobe lighting The inside light in the wardrobe is automatically switched on when the door is opened and provides bright light for an optimal overview.
Touch-control light switches The separate light switches feature a touch-control mechanism. This makes them easier to operate.
TRUMA heating unit The tried-and-tested TRUMA heating unit with a 5-litre capacity uses the warmth from the heater to heat the water. An electric heating element also heats the water, however, when the heating is not turned on.

Light control system with basic operating panel The light control system with CI-BUS technology is located in the entrance area of all Hobby caravans. It controls nearly all the lighting units, shows the fresh water level and regulates the hot water heating unit and the optionally available underfloor heating. (Depending on model)

obby CI-BUS on-board management system with TFT operating panel H Whether TRUMA, ALDE or DOMETIC: thanks to the cross-sector interface, the new symbols and graphics on the Hobby TFT operating panel depict a cross-section of all manufacturers' symbols, meaning that users will find themselves in a familiar environment as far as icons are concerned. Displays such as date / time, inside / outside temperature, water tank level and battery charge / discharge can be read on the display panel or settings can be activated directly. Other BUS-capable on-board components, such as heating, air conditioning and electric sunroof, can be centrally controlled. The system is standardised, can be updated and is therefore compatible with future appliance generations. Up to 15 appliances can already communicate with the control panel. DOMETIC roof-mounted air-conditioning system FreshJet with heating function The roof-mounted air-conditioning system features four controllable airflow settings. The comfortable lightweight system works economically and quietly.
ALDE hot-water heater Nearly all Hobby caravans can be fitted at the factory with an ALDE hot-water heater – ideal in cold temperatures and for a perfect indoor climate.
Additional electric heating The additional electric heating TRUMA Ultraheat supports the TRUMA gas heating and uses the existing hot air pipes. It ensures quicker heat on cold days.

12-Volt autonomous package and latest battery management The intelligent battery sensor IBS supplies all the important data such as charging time, charging current and charging voltage, as well as the remaining running time and discharge current of the GEL or AGM battery in autonomous mode. All values can be read on the TFT operating panel. The battery sensors supply the intelligent charger with the exact charging current and voltage it needs, thereby ensuring battery-conserving charging until it is 100% full. Charging times are reduced by approx. 30% with this system compared to standard chargers.

Underfloor heating All Hobby caravans can be supplied with an electric underfloor heating system. The heating foils in the walking area of the floor prevent thermal bridges and cold feet.
