It is truly a privilege to welcome all of our parents, friends, guests, and other supporters to The Masters, SPREE 2023. It is an honor to be a part of this special event that has such an important impact for St. Vincent de Paul School and Parish. We are always in awe as we experience the commitment and generosity of so many people.

We have all been blessed with so many opportunities at St. Vincent de Paul School. Our school theme moves beyond our needs and helps us to be more to others in the ways of compassion, kindness, support and love. With Christ as our center, St. Vincent de Paul School is able to touch the hearts and minds of our students providing a well-rounded education that is rooted in the Catholic faith.

We are so proud to have been blessed with a dedicated and hard-working group of teachers and staff here at St. Vincent de Paul. Their efforts to go above and beyond to ensure that each child reaches their highest potential. The daily devotion, presence, modeling, and commitment to the students and families is at the core of our success.

Special thanks to our four Chair-Couples: Jamie and Jeff Eikmeier, Jacque and Jess Kroenke, Courtney and Mark McGuire, and Tara and Michael Sands. These couples, along with hundreds of volunteers, have spent countless hours to make SPREE happen tonight. Thank you also to all of our school families, parishioners, and other supporters. The successes of our school is a direct result of the support and sacrifices of so many people.

Happy 31st Anniversary to all of our school families, parishioners, and supporters, past and present! You have all helped to build the legacy of St. Vincent de Paul School and enabled our students to experience excellence in education.

It is said that The Masters is “A tradition unlike any other.” We believe the educational excellence and strong faith that St. Vincent de Paul instills in students is our own “tradition unlike any other.” Tonight, we celebrate this tradition of excellence. Through all of the hard work of countless volunteers and your generous contributions tonight, we are helping to provide the tools needed to continue this incredible faithbased academic achievement. GENERAL AUCTION RULES

1. Each bidder will register and use their mobile device to bid via the BidPal online system.

2. All bids are final. No refunds or exchanges will be made.

3. Register your phone and credit card in the Registration area upon your arrival. You may pay for your items with a credit card upon checkout. Payment in full is required on the evening of October 6, 2023.

4. You may pick up your items and take them home by showing your mobile device “items won” list to the Close & Settle volunteer in the School Gym. Merchandise must be removed by the conclusion of the SPREE program unless special arrangements are made.

5. All certificates must be used as specified. Be sure to check expiration dates and any limitation(s) on your certificate(s).

6. Values printed are estimates only and are not warranted by St. Vincent de Paul Church and School for tax purposes or general value. To determine the value of your charitable contributions, please consult your tax advisor. For questions regarding charges following SPREE, please contact Angela Garrett at 402-496-7988.

LIVE AUCTION INFORMATION SILENT AUCTION INFORMATION

1. Live Auction will be preview only on BidPal.

2. All Live Auction packages will be offered during the SPREE program on the night of October 6, 2023. These packages cannot be purchased through BidPal. If you will not be attending SPREE and would like to place a proxy bid for any Live Auction package, please contact Nancy Maiers at nancy.e.maiers@gmail.com for a proxy form. All proxy forms must be executed and submitted no later than October 6th, 2023 at 5:00 pm.

1. Silent Auction will open for online bidding on September 22, 2023.

2. Each item in the auction has been assigned an item number in BidPal.

3. Each item has been assigned a starting bid amount.

4. Each new bid must exceed the previous bid by at least the minimum stated increment.

5. Bidding in BidPal for all Silent Auction items will close at 8pm on October 6, 2023. The final valid bid prior to closing will determine the winner of the item.

6. If you have won an item, you will be notified via your mobile device.

7. Merchandise must be removed on the evening of October 6, 2023, unless special arrangements are made.
