VACCINATED & LOVED

Collectively, that molded Rocky into the mobility service dog we wanted. In return, Rocky gave us new freedom and unleashed new horizons.
Rocky makes day-to-day living easier. Throughout rehab from my fall, my 130-pound furry friend helped me walk confidently on uneven ground, go up and down hills, and do stairs. He continues to assist me with getting in and out of my chair, and his calming presence also helps me with my anxiety. Rocky helps my husband too. Thanks to him, Allen has remained active with volunteer work, projects around the home, and doing metal artwork. When Allen needs project supplies from the store, he just has to load them in a cart and let Rocky take it from there because Rocky’s trained to pull the cart through the checkout and out to our car.

Rocky has also expanded our world. With him at our side, we have traveled extensively in our custom-built shuttle bus. Rocky has helped us hike in National Parks, explore indoor area attractions, go camping, and even travel to Oklahoma to visit his foster mom – twice.

From our perspective, Rocky rescued us as much as we rescued him.
Thanks to a vaccine grant from @PetcoLove, 214 animals received FREE vaccines on March 18th. If you missed the event, we offer low-cost vaccines and microchips Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2pm-4pm at our clinic located at 715 N. Crestline St.

(P.S. Low cost spay and neuter and dental appointments are available too! Call (509) 534-4253 to book an appointment.)
