“We danced at the SPJST Car Show on Saturday, May 5 and the Lodge 47, Seaton Star Hall Picnic on Sunday, June 3. We also had a special invitation to dance at SPJST Lodge 18, Elgin on Sunday, June 10. After we danced, we went to Gattiland in Round Rock! District Two Youth Beseda Dancers performed at Lodge 18, Elgin on Sunday, June 11 during an afternoon dance featuring The Moravians. The group has been busy. They are between the ages of seven and 12. Congratulations to Hunter Wood of Lodge 49, Rowena Youth Club! Hunter received a rare award that few schools have the privilege of presenting. He achieved perfect attendance for his entire elementary school years. Hunter attended Miles Elementary from kindergarten through sixth grade without missing one single day of school! That is 1,220 days! Hunter is dedicated to his education and his school. Mom Becky Wood says, “Hunter is very proud of this huge accomplishment and enjoys telling it to anyone who asks him about it!”
