SPJST Insurance Department announced that Richard A. Hrbacek has been named the Operations Manager. “We are very thrilled to have Richard join us at SPJST,” Vice President Hiram Dixon stated. “He brings 19 years of financial services and Richard A. Hrbacek insurance knowledge, and we know he will be a great asset to SPJST.” Richard earned his bachelor’s degree from St. Edward’s University with a concentration in finance. His professional experience comes from the investment and insurance industry. His primary business objective has been assisting agencies, producers, and advi-
sors with advanced marketing support, creating new and recurring revenue by utilizing a sales approach that differentiates what is being offered in the marketplace. Richard’s team served as the sales partner and marketing organization to aide in the sale of insurance, investments, and retirement products used in financial planning, focusing on wealth transfer and succession planning. “I am excited to be part of a great fraternal organization,” Operations Manager Hrbacek said. “I look forward to bringing services to the SPJST membership.” Mr. Hrbacek will oversee the sales and marketing programs of SPJST, establish sales quotas for territories, assist in managing budgets, and evaluate sales performance. He will also manage and develop marketing programs and materials such as advertising, event support, and online promotions.
