SPJST congratulates Age 96 Honoree Christine Kubena of Lodge 88, Houston
SPJST congratulates Christine Kubena, member of SPJST Lodge 88, Houston, who celebrated her 96th birthday on May 31, 1917. Sister Kubena is entitled to all SPJST member benefits with no further dues or assessments. Christine Kubena was born in Taylor, Texas. She has one sister Evelyn Franz. Christine married Ludwig Kubena on October 30, 1934. Lud-
wig passed away on April 21, 1976. The couple had one son Charles L. Kubena (deceased) and daughterin-law Elizabeth Kubena, who resides in Houston. During her life, Christine was employed at J.C. Penney and retired after 20 years. Her husband Ludwig had worked for Coco-Cola and Borden’s. —SPJST—
