American Fraternal Alliance Chairman Stuart Buchanan of Catholic Order of Foresters delivered an informative keynote address. Supreme Lodge President Brian Vanicek then announced SPJST’s 2011 State Fraternalist of the Year as Lloyd House of Lodge 202, Jourdanton. Lloyd is the fourth one from his family to receive the distinguished honor. Wife Bettie was State Fraternalist in 2004; daughter Sandra Hoggard was State Fraternalist in 2008 and 2009 National Fraternalist of the Year; and nephew James House was 2010 State Fraternalist.
