SPJST Bowlers Raise Funds for Texas Fraternal Alliance Scholarships

with a score of 611 in men’s high series. A total of 133 members bowled on 29 teams. Participants included 48 bowlers from Sons of Hermann; 32 from Woodmen of the World; 24 from SPJST; 16 from KJT; eight from Catholic Life; and five from KJZT. Winners in each category were:

Congratulations to Chester Jenke of SPJST Lodge 258, Seguin and Liz Bielefeld of Lodge 107, Floresville! They both received medals at this year’s Texas Fraternal Alliance Bowling Tournament held February 12 in New Braunfels. More photos on pages 5 and 6.

Members from six Texas fraternals gathered on Saturday, February 12, 2001, for the Seventh Annual Texas Fraternal Alliance Bowling Tournament at Fiesta Lanes in New Braunfels. Twenty-four bowlers represented SPJST. SPJST bowlers were from Lodges 9, Snook; 24, Cyclone; 80, Holland; 88, Houston; 107, Floresville; 202, Jourdanton; 246, Morgan’s Point; 255, Katy; and 258, Seguin. Congratulations to Liz Bielefeld of Lodge 107, Floresville who received third place with a score of 311 in women’s high game and to Chester Jenke of Lodge 258, Seguin who received third place
