2009-2010 SPJST District Three Queen Gena Weeks is pictured with the Wheelie-ing Elvi at the Arlington Parade of Lights on Saturday, December 12. Before Gena boarded the SPJST Float, she took a moment to meet the Wheelie-ing Elvi. The Wheelie-ing Elvi are big guys who don illuminated jump suits, sunglasses and pompadour wigs, climb aboard mini-bikes, and make a precision riding team like no other.

New Year’s Day Parade in Dallas
SPJST’s two floats will be featured in the New Year’s Day parade in Dallas on Friday, January 1, 2010. See more information about the parade on page 22. Props are being constructed, and the floats are being decorated for the Dallas parade and the floats’ 2010 parades.
