SPJST conducts restructuring
SPJST has completed restructuring within the Home Office and field operations. State Field Representative Hiram Dixon, previously assigned to District Two and District Three, will also be assisting sales agents and developing new business in District One. State Field Representative Bobby Davis will continue his sales and business development efforts in District Four. “These changes in the marketing area reflect the decision of the Supreme Lodge at its July meeting to enact a reduction in force, eliminating the position of District One State Field
Representative and District Five State Field Representative,” says Vice President Gene McBride. “The position of State Training Coordinator was also eliminated with those duties reassigned to the Field Operations Manager and State Field Representatives.” These actions were preceded by a reduction in force at the end of 2008 which eliminated the District Three State Field Representative position and the District Seven State Field Representative position. Within the Fraternal Department, the position of Assistant to the State Youth Director was eliminated in July with those duties being assigned to Fraternal Services Specialist Tammy Martinez. “SPJST is rebounding from a year
