Lodge 80, Holland Raises $6,000 for Holland Fire Department Ambulance Fund SPJST Lodge 80, Holland hosted a barbecue fund raiser at the hall on September 25, 2005. Attendance was wonderful. In addition to a great barbecue meal, a silent auction was available as well as a country store run by members of the Lodge 80 Youth Club. The ambulance stationed in Holland services a wide area from Bartlett to Holland to Salado. Scott and White Hospital provides the ambulance and the emergency medical technicians (EMTs), but the people in the community have to

provide a place for the ambulance and EMTs to stay and provide for the utilities, etc. Proceeds from the fund raiser went toward support of the ambulance. Lodge 80 proudly presented the ambulance service a check for $6,000! The Lodge 80 members wish to thank everyone for supporting the event. “We are very appreciative of the efforts of so many who helped out with this worthy cause,” Lodge 80 President Frank Pajestka said.
