A Salute to Our Troops SPJST Home Office personnel send a message to our dedicated men and women in the Armed Forces serving in the United States and overseas. The SPJST strongly supports our troops and their families, and our thoughts are with them. It is the commitment and bravery of these Americans that defends a diverse nation under a common set of democratic ideals.
SPJST invites community o Easter Eggstravaganza In celebration of Easter, SPJST will host an Easter Eggstravaganza on Saturday, April 19 at Lions Park in Temple from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Lions Park is located off Hickory Road in Temple. A Texas-sized Easter egg hunt is scheduled to begin promptl y at 10:30 a.m. Thousands of eggs f i I led with
treats and surprises will be hidden for children between the ages of 0 and 10. The hunt will be divided into age groups. Several hundred eggs will be filled with tokens redeemable for special prizes. All children are welcome; all they need is a basket to collect their eggs. (Continued on page 3.)
