It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas

Thanks to all of the young people who participated in their 1997 district ornament contests. The winning ornaments are displayed on the youth Christmas tree located in the SPJST Museum at 520 North Main in Temple. Holiday visitors are welcome! SP.S*. Royalty Court members ushered in _le holiday Season, participating in the 1997 Temple Christmas parade on December 1. Gathered 'round the SPJST Youth Christmas tree in the SPJST Museum are: King J.J. My-husband proudly states that he is Czech. This pride of his heritage courses through his veins directly transfused from his now deceased grandfather. Grandpa Brosh could not read or write but had a profound effect on his grandson. Though he was illiterate, he told rich stories about his family. This exceptional ability spurred his grandson's need to learn more. Although many of the stories shared by Grandpa were fictitious, some were startling close to being true. The memory of these stories are sometimes resurrected through visits with other family members or events that make one's mind focus on the past. Unfortunately, many of these stories that were related or recalled seem to be like most of the puzzles in our house. The outside pieces are there, but inside vital pieces are missing.
