Who will achieve the production to qualify them for a "First Down, Second Down or ;. Touchdowl:? .. This new r

The Lodge Incentive Program for 1993 proved to be a stimulus for sales as it involved the local lodge members and the sales representative as a team. Each had a common purpose—to obtain new members for the local lodge. Last year our SPJST sales representatives, wrote a total of 1,452 insurance applications and more than $35 million dollars of insurance. This represented a significant increase of 299 insurance applications and more than $9 million in insurance sold during the previous year. Many of the SPJST sales representatives who helped to build SPJST membership in 1993 received their due recognition at the Incentive Awards Dinner held Saturday, March 12, 1994 at Lodge 24, Cyclone. 411811"7::

"For their e orts, the top 24 producers in 1993 accounted for 68 percent of the total production based on earned premium." Pages 10 through 12 of this week's Vestnik pictures those sales representatives in attendance who successfully completed the Insurance Department's "Quick-Start II" insurance sales and marketing program. A complete listing of the 126 Quick Start II participants appeared in Vice President Bernie Gebala's annual report in the March 9 issue of the Vestnik. In addition to recognizing the Quick Start II graduates, sales representatives also received recognition for having achieved a number of sales incentive awards that were offered through the SPJST Insurance Department. For their efforts, the top 24 producers in 1993 accounted for 68 percent of the total production based on earned premium. For their efforts, they received Las Vegas vacation trips. A listing of these award winners and others begins on page 10 of this issue. (Continued on page 12)
