SPTST presents Tanua111 Running Back Club
1994 Sales Incentive r'roeram eu orts Individual Goals and Team Obj cti ves Congratulations to our January Top Producers. This is the first month of our new sales incentive program. One of the regular checkpoints of the program will he the monthly "Running Back Club." The cluh will identify volunteer sales representatives who have achieved one of three levels of sales leadership. In order to be recognized in one of three categories, a specified number of written insurance applications are required: Team Player (Two Insurance Applications), Group Leader (Four Insurance Applications), and Superstar (Six Insurance Applications). Sales representatives who achieve one of these levels will have their photo-
graph appear on the cover of the Yestnik. As you can see from this month 's cover, we have 16 sales representatives in the Team Players' Circle, and two each in the Group Leaders' and Superstars' Circle. Many people have asked why we selected football terminology for the 1994 Sales Representatives' Incentive Program. The answer is simple. We wanted to use a theme that would promote teamwork as an essential element to success. Success through a spirit of teamwork effects not only the sales representatives but also the local lodges, their officers and members. How? By obtaining new members and insurance
for the Judges, we all benefit in SPJST. We hope that you enjoy the new form at that we have selected for our monthly incentive program and that you will share in our enthusiasm as we look forward to the results of our "Quarterback Club" which will be published at the end of each quarter, beginning with sales as of March 31. Fraternally,
