New sales incentive program planned for '94
SPJST Salutes Efforts of December Top Producers December production figures are in and the sales force has put the "finishing touches" on another banner year for SPJST with sales in excess of $35 million of insurance written. As in previous months, we have two sales representatives who are top producers in both categories "Amount of Earned Premium" and "Number of Applications." They are Albin Machu in District Two and Martha Broz in District Four. I would like to congratulate our allvolunteer sales force for their efforts on behalf of the SPJST for making 1993 another successful year in sales. 1994 promises to be a successful year also as we have announced the new sales incentive programs. One of the changes will be that our "Top Producers" will be recognized both on a monthly basis and on a quarterly basis. The monthly recognition program called the "Running Back Club" has a requirement of applications written to
qualify. There are three levels to this program: Team Player, Group Leader, and Superstar. Pictures will be published in the Vestnik of those sales representatives meeting these requirements. The quarterly recognition program is entitled the "Quarterback Club" and also has a requirement based on applications written. In addition to having their photograph published, the sales representative will receive an award based on the sales level that they achieve: First Down, Second Down, and Touchdown. We look forward to the new year with great enthusiasm and know that it will be successful by everyone working together. Fraternally,
"Congratulations to our allvolunteer sales force for their e orts in making 1993 another successful year."
New Game Plan Goes Into Effect This Month In 1994, SPJST sales representatives will be eligible to participate in a whole "new game." A big part of the new sales incentive program focuses on achieving target goals, thus enabling more individuals to qualify for sales incentives in each district.
