Bingo Chairman and Vice President Otis Beck of Lodge 177 at Academy [left] is presenting a check for $1,000 to Supreme Lodge President Howard Leshikar in memory of Brother Willie Dusek for the SPJST Scholarship Fund. More information in Letter Section] Supreme Lodge President Howard Leshikar presents plaque to Shirley Dobecka, which entitles her to a scholarship in the amount of $1,000, which is available to her when she decides on the college, university, or trade school of her choice. Shirley is a member of Lodge 6, Cottonwood in District III. The State YAD Scholarship award covers the period from June 1, 1982 to June 1, 1985. The 1985 - 86 State Royalty was crowned and robed during an impressive State YAD and Royalty ceremony held August 18th at the Frank Mayborn Convention Center in Temple.
