Tisha Schwartz 19, of Mereta Rt., San Angelo, Texas, is the daughter of Billy and Betty Schwartz. She is a 1983 graduate of Wall High School, and is now attending Angelo State University. Tisha is planning a career in Finance, with a Real Estate Option. She and her family are members of SPJST Lodge No. 160.
