the University of Mary HardinBaylor's Educational Foundation. He joins 57 board members chosen primarily from the Central Texas area. Gebala is a retired recruiter for the U.S. Air Force. He was in charge of recruiting for Bell, Coryell and Lampasas counties. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus, St. Luke's Catholic Church in Temple and the Temple Junior College Advisory Board. He also has served as a member of the Temple Centennial Commission and the Czech Heritage Day Commission. Gebala formerly was announcer for KTEM-Radio's "Czech Melody Hour."
Chartering of New East Texas Lodge No. 191 Change In Date

Because of a scheduling conflict, the newly-organized East Texas Lodge No. 191 will hold their chartering ceremonies Sunday, July 24th, at 2 p.m. The lodge was officially organized (election and installation of officers) in Lufkin April 11th. The chartering had previously been scheduled for July 17th. The ceremonies will be held in the Lufkin Civic Center. SPJST members, their friends, and interested persons are cordially invited to attend.— NAM
