Fraternal Reek Activities — Texas Fraternal Congress (TFC). SL President Nick A. Morris is shown here shaking hands with Austin Mayor Ms. Carole Keeton McClellan during the Austin City Council meeting during which time Mayor McClellan read the Fraternal Week Proclamation and then greeted some dozen representatives of Texas Fraternal Benefit Societies. Pictured to the immediate left of Bro. Morris is Walter Beglau, Jr., one of the representatives of Lutheran Brotherhood. The gentleman behind Mayor McClellan is a city councilman.

Each of the representatives from Texas Fraternals was given the opportunity to say a few words in response to Mayor McClellan's greetings and announcements. SL President Morris is shown holding the microphone for that purpose. At the extreme far left is TFC President for 1982 Walter Beglau (Lutheran Brotherhood), Jim Arnold (Aid Association For Lutherans), and to extreme right is Walter Beglau, Jr., (Lutheran Brotherhood). (Photos courtesy Walter Beglau's office.) TV cameras were also on hand to record this event and the footage was shown the evening of June 3rd.

We invite you to join one of these interesting, lively classes. If this letter does not apply to you could you pass the information along to a friend? For further information, please call me at (214) 659-5207. Sincerely, Barbara Canzonetti North Lake College Community Service 5001 N. MacArthur Blvd. Irving, Texas 75062 — SPJST _
