Sister Lillian Kosarek and Brother Anton Vitek were presented 50-year membership pins by SL Financial Secretary Jerry Mikulas, Jr. (who is standing behind them.)
Fifty-1 ear Pia Recipients Honored at Lodge No. 47, Seaton The recipients of fifty-year pins were honored at the monthly lodge meeting Sunday, April 4, 1982. Supreme Lodge Financial Secretary Jerry Mikulas, Jr. spoke briefly before presenting the pins to the honorees, Sister Lillian Kosarek and Brother Anton Vitek. Brother Mikulas stated that in 1932 only two policies were issued to members of Lodge No. 47: one to Sister Kosarek and the other to Brother Ben Chlapek, now deceased.
Brother Vitek joined and was a member at Cyclone Lodge No. 24, originally. These honorees were given starshaped cakes baked by Sister Adeline Kohutek. There was also a covered dish meal that followed the meeting and an Easter egg hunt for the youngsters. (Congratulations, Sister Kosarek and Brother Vitek and continued good health — Dorothy Pechal)

Anna Davis Outlives Policy
Sister Anna Davis
April 18, 1982, Sister Anna Davis celebrated her 96th birthday and became the 59th person in the history of the SPJST to outlive the actuarial table for her insurance policy. Sister Anna Davis was born in Kridla (Vysocina) Moravia April 18, 1886. Her maiden name was Blaha. She came to America and landed at Galveston September 18, 1910 being 24 years of age at that time. NOTICE! SPJST Secretary Directory On Page 8 In This Issue. first destination was the BomartonSeymour area where she remained for approximately 6 months. She later moved to Jacksboro for a brief period of approximately 2 years before moving to Fort Worth, Texas. It was there that she met and married Nickolas Kritchkovich who had emigrated to America from Lika, Yugoslavia. He later changed his name to Davis giving, as his reason, difficulty by his employer in pronunciation of his naive. The marriage was blessed with 5 children all of whom are still living and all are residing in Fort Worth. Sister Davis also has 5
grandchildren and 3 greatgrandchildren. Sister Davis joined the SPJST through Lodge No. 92 in Fort Worth, in 1936. Her husband passed away the 5th of September in 1965 at the age of 80. Sister Davis enjoys gardening and in fact, continues to cultivate a small garden. She also enjoys cooking for herself. The Supreme Lodge, the Members of SPJST Lodge No. 92 and the entire SPJST salute Sister Davis on her 96th birthday and wish her and her family well.
