VI Honors Sales Representatives

District

Director Matt Vanek was the host of an Appreciation Social for the Sales Representatives of District VI. The Social was held at the Spanish Village Restaurant in Victoria, February 14, 1982. The festivities started at noon with a hospitality hour followed by a delicious Mexican buffet. Awards were presented to the top producers in District VI by SL Vice-President Gebala and District VI Director Vanek, following the dinner. The top three producers in District 6 in 1981 in order of production were Emil Morris, Lodge No 148; Frankie Vanek, Lodge No. 50 and Annimae Merta, Lodge No. 30. Approximately fifty sales representatives and their guests were in attendance. -SPJST-

V Spring Meeting

District

The spring meeting of District V will be held Sunday, March 14, 1982, at Lodge Stefanik No 142, 5508 Nolda, in Houston. At 11:30 a.m. a barbecue brisket dinner, with all the trimmings, will be served by the good cooks of Lodge 142. All donations of pastry will be appreciated. Lodge No 88 Concert Orchestra Rev. Second, we badly need some old glass or old windows and, no matter how old or dirty the glass may be, we have a way to clean it. If you have old windows that are in your way in your storage room, we would be happy if you would donate them to the museum and we will enter your gift on our GOLDEN BOOK of donors, where it will remain forever. We can use any size from 8“x10" on up.
