FROM THE EDITOR'S DESK Enthusiasm is composed of three parts. Faith in people, faith in your products and faith in yourself. If you do not have the faith that deep down every man loves someone — loves them enough to take care and provide for them -- you will never be able to bring the love out of the depths to the point of realization of the responsibility of this love. If you do not have faith in your product there will be nothing to impart to your people but hard, cold unemotional facts and figures. If you do not have faith in yourself you will find yourself defeated by your own weaknesses, your tensions, your fears and inferiorities It may be only that you have never discovered the radiant quality of enthusiasm The untapped quality which you possess! * *

Accord ing to a study on alternative life styles done for the Institute by sociologists at Rutgers University, transadults see themselves neither as adults nor adolescents, but as people in a stage of transition, a period of change. In other words, these are young adults who have passed through the intermediate stage known as adolescence and are openly experimenting with different life styles, searching for career orientation, and testing educational goals. The study notes that it is often a time when responsibilities are minimized and personal freedom is maximized. The desire to keep options open, to be constantly flexible and prepared for change is characteristic of the transadult. If you're trying to figure out why the younger generation has
