508 E. Witcher Lane Houston, Texas 77022 August 31, 1972 Mrs. Frances Olexa, Chairman Publication Committee Houston, Texas Dear Sister Olexa: In reading the minutes which appeared in the August 30th edition of the Vestnik, I noted that "Text in Appendix" appeared on page 14 and I am at a loss to understand why. This did not appear in our original minutes and nothing can be added to or taken out ;i:te original minutes of Convention. If Brother Sefcik is referring to his speech, the secretaries were never furnished with a speech by him for incorporation in the minutes. Therefore, an inclusion of a speech which was never made or submitted to the secretaries into our minutes would be highly irregular and improper. As one of the secretaries of the XXIst Convention, I protest any alterations or additions to the minutes and respectfully request that your committee act with due diligence to see that the minutes be printed in the Vestnik as they were submitted. Fraternally yours, (Mrs.) Mildred Holeman
