FROM THE EDITOR'S DESK Photos of District II DO banquet will appear in the next issue. • In this issue we have a rare coincidence. Two couples named Havran celebrated their 50th wedding anniversaries within a week of each other. We do not know whether they are related or not. Brother and Mrs. Frank Havran live in Cortez, Colorado, and Brother and Sister Anton Havran live in Sealy, Texas. See the stories in "Features."
