It is time once again to honor the head of the household — Dad! He plays many roles in our lives. Provider, counselor, and pal! We look to him or leadershipi, encouragement, and foresight! He can mend a broken heart or a toy wagon. Regardless of what happens, he is always there,
ready to protect and care for us. On Father's Day we present him with a thoughtful gift and a little extra pampering, but in the hearts Of all of his family, not only on this day, but each and every day in the year will always be "Father's Day" . . . remembered with love and affection.
And there is something about fatherhood that is bigger than we realize, The very word "father" is unique. In no language spoken anywhere in the world is there anything like it. Fatherhood of any kind is therefore a summons to the best that is within man. It is human, but it expresses the di-
