Po schtizi vrchni fifednikit a feditela v Temple 20. listopadu, Hlavni idadovna SPJST oznamila zvoleni noveho redaktora pro nedokoneenou dobu bratra L. 0. HoS"ka. Jmenovan byl brats Nick A. Morris, nyni z Dallas. Bratr Morris, na,stoupil misto redakeni od prvniho prosince 1962.

The Supreme Lodge, SPJST, after an executive session, with the Directors on November 20, 1962, announced the appointment of Bro. Nick A. Morris as editor of the Vestnik, effective December 1, 1962, to fill the unexpired term of the late L. 0. Hosek.

Bro. Morris is a member of Lodge Jaro 130 in Dallas. For the past five years, he has been instructing senior high school -, •=)veriarrient in the Dallas Public Schools.

The classic "Lord's Prayer" was beautifully sung by their grandson, Robert Lee Hilsher. Nev. Thomas Matl delivered the lovely blessing. A delicious dinner consisting of beef barbecue, country sausage, turkey and dressing with all the trimmings, home-made kolacaes, coffee and other refreshments were served to more than a thousand guests.

At the reception, Mrs. Knippel cut the first slices of cake for her husband and herself. The knife was then turned over to Mrs. Abner Jackson, Bellville, end Miss Karen Jackson of . Bellville, and wino finished cutting and serving the wedding cake. Mrs. Ray Pasderny of Fayetteville, and Mrs. Vernon McConnel of Freeport served the punch and coffee respectively.

Assisting with the many beautiful and useful gifts were: Mrs. J. V. Bush of Bellville, Mrs. Willie Slovak of Nelsonville, Mrs. P. P. Baron of Fayetteville, Miss Karon Jackson of Bellville, and Misses Judy Knippel and Kathy Pasderny of Fayetteville.

Mr. and Mrs. Elo Knippel were indeed honored to have their own grandson's band, "Wm. Hilsher and His Rhythm Kings" of Houston to provide the music for the day.

The hall was beautifully decorated in gold and White by their three daughters.

Clusters of white wedding-bells and gold and white streamers were used for the decoration of the entire 'hall. Center of interest was their fifty-year-old wedding picture on an old-fashioned stand with a present day picture above it. I have heard that our last meeting was attended fairly well. The door prize went to Brother Jerome Vasek. We stayed at home because it was my birthday that Sunday and all the children and grandchildren came. So we had a crowd and enjoyed the day very much.

Our next meeting will be held as always, on the second Sunday in December, so all you members be sure to come to this meeting. Last Sunday we went to Wharton, Texas, to visit our daughter and son-inlaw and their children. We went there with our son and his wife, Harvey' and Mary Ann Fejt. We really enjoyed the visit and the ride to New Gulf and Boling, where our son-in-law, Fred Siegel, took us to see the sulphur mines.

The huge piles of sulphur sure looked pretty, but smelled bad.

By now all our crops are gathered and we had a nice rain. The fields are green with cover crops. Nearly everyone around here has a nice fall garden. The shrubs, redbud trees, honeysuckle vines, rose bushes are in bloom. I guess they have their seasons mixed. Figs are ripening and peach and pear trees were in full bloom this fall.

Well, we have almost finished our new home. We are enjoying living in it. Leroy's arm is growing together nicely, too.

He will have the rods taken out next month. We hope it will not give him much trouble afterwards.

I think this special occasion of the beginning of Christmas spirit should be a jolly one for everyone, young and old; I do hope all of you can come, and bring the children.

The practice for the program will be held Dec. 8, at 6:30 p.m. at the hall.

All who wish to participate in the program, please try to be there so we can have a nice program and also we will decorate the hall and tree. If anyone has some decorations to share please bring them.

I would like to write a little about our skating party, that was held Nov. 21, at the Westview Rollercade at Waco and it was a wonderful turn out, and an enjoyable one. I would like to write all the names of all who went but there were too many and I might leave someone out.

My estimate is 61 persons attended and 25 skated. After skating we all enjoyed a delicious snack of chicken, ham, and cheese sandwiches, chips, cup cakes, candy and various cookies and soft drinks. Yes, this was a very pleasant party for all the youngsters and some adults. I would like to thank you parents for your cooperation. I sincerely always appreciate your help. ,So, remember our next get-together.

ECROLOGY IN MEMORIAM OF THOMAS. J. CORDRAY, JR. Thomas J. Cordray Jr., 57, of Galveston died Nov. 7, 1962, after a short illness.

Funeral services were held Nov. 9, 1962, at St. Patrick's Church. Burial was in Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery at Hitchcock, Texas, Among many other affiliations, Mr. Cordray was a member of SPJST Rozkvet Lodge No. 62 of Galveston.

Survivors include his wife, Mary, who has attended many SPJST conventions; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Catherine Lewis of. Houston; 2 sons, Thomas J. Cordray III, of Fort Worth and Emil J. Cordray of Galveston; 3 sisters, Mrs. C. H. Hellman, Mrs. James Finn, and Mrs. Vernon T. S,atterly, all of Galveston; 6 grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other -relatives.

For Your information: COTTON MARKETING QUOTAS — 19-63 The cotton quota vote coming up on Dec. 11 will mark the tenth consecutive year in which growers have voted on marketing quotas for their upland cotton crop, 1963.

Beginning with the referendum on marketing quotas for the 1954 crop, growers have approved quotas for each year's cotton crop. In the vote last year, on quotas for the 1962 upland cotton crop, 86.9 per cent of the growers who voted, approved the quotas.

By law, quotas must be proclaimed by the Secretary of Agriculture in years when the cotton supply exceeds normal.

The estimated 1962-63 supply of upland cotton exceeds the estimated normal supply by 4.7 million bales.

For 1963 the national allotment acreage of 16,250,000 acres has been approved, which includes 250,000 acres from the national acreage reserve to take care of minimum farm allotments. Individual farm allotments will be available to producers in advance of the Dee. 11 referendum.

It is not anticipated that this will be the final national acreage authorized for the 1963 crop because of new legislation to be recommended to Congress by the President. Establishing the national acreage allotment at the statutory minimum for the time being will give the Congress maximum flexibility in determining the acreage provisions to be included in tfae new legislation, USDA officials have said. It is anticipated, however, that such legislation would 'supplement rather than substantially change the basic program choices cotton farmers will vote on in the quota referendum Dec. 11.

If at least two-thirds of the growers voting in the referendum approve quotas for the 1963 upland cotton crop, prices at a level within the range of 65 to 90 per cent of parity will be available to groWers who comply with then: farm allotments, and marketing quota penalties will apply to any "excess" cotton production on a farm.

If more than one-third of the voters oppose quotas for the 1963 crop, the allotment program will remain in effect, and price support will be available to cooperators at 50 per cent of parity, as provided by law.

All farmers who engaged in the production of upland cotton in 1962 are eligible to vote in the Dec. 11 referendum.

Care and Preparation Of Venison

It's nothing unusual ∎ to see two and three deer riding atop a mudsplashed car. The proud owners, of course, are getting quite a thrill from envious glances that less fortunate hunters send their way. I thought. this might be an appropriate time for a few tips on processing and preparing venison for the table. Many of us are not as familiar with game cookery as with cooking ot1,er types of meats.

If your hunter is fortuate enough to bag a prime buck, you will probably be able to broil, or fry steaks and have them turn out tender and crispy. The deer is an animal that reaches its prime some where between four and eight years of age. The buck grows a new set of antlers each year. These are used only for fighting during mating season. The antlers of a deer differ from the horns of cattle in that they are developed according to the amount of calcium in the grass the animal feeds upon. As he grows older, instead of antlers, the buck will grow spikes just as he did as a yearling.

To get first hand information on the very best way to prepare venison, I went to a hunter of many years. This friend was just returning from a very successful deer hunt and from him I learned many interesting facts. Some hunters prefer to take the animal to a frozen food locker and leave all the details to them.

But more energetic souls prefer to do the job themselves. First of all, as soon as the animal has been properly bled, it should be skinned, so my friend tells me.

When the animal is dressed it should be cooled, either in a food locker, or by some other method.

Prone'. ly dressed and cooled, it isn't too difficult to cut the meat into roasts, stew meat, ribs, steaks, etc. Then comes the most important part, proper wrapping and quick freezing. As in every food placed in the home freezer, it is essential to use correct packaging material. The food must be wrapped as nearly airtight as possible, in packages of suitable size for the family. Heavy freezer paper proyides one of the best materials to use in wrapping meat. Sharp bones should be padded, with crumpled wax paper or small pieces of freezer paper, so as not

Hyposensitization MaHelp Hay Fever and Asthma Allergies Escape from the misery of the pollen season may now be possible for children with hay fever and pollen asthma, and relief is in view for youngsters with perennial bronchial asthma.

Hyposensitization therapy, a process designed to make a person less sensitive to allergy-causing substances, has proved to be of significant value in the treatment of allergic diseases in children. This development was reported in an article in the November issue of the "Texas State Journal of Medicine." Author of the article is Dr. Douglas E. Johnstone, director of the Pediatric Allergy Clinic of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester.

The problem of relieving hay fever and asthma in children has assumed more importance in the last five years, since, a 1957-1958 survey by the U. S. Public Health Service revealed that 2,100,000 American children under 15 are affected by hay fever or asthma allergies. Some of these allergies, particularly hay fever and pollen asthma, may possibly be relieved with hyposensitization therapy. Dr. Johnstone points out, however, that many parents are not aware that these are allergic conditions, and some have been told that nothing can be done to help the children.

To inform parents, Dr. Johnstone requested assistance from the mothers of the allergic children involved in his three controlled studies. Each mother was told to which allergen her child reacted and was instructed to avoid its use.

She was also instructed in the use of symptomatic medications such as cough syrup and was asked to keep diary-like records of pertinent information.

In the first study of hyposensitization therapy, started in 1952, the children were divided into a treated group and a control group. The treated group received injections of a solution containing a ragweed pollen, a substance Which usually brings on allergic reactions of coughing and wheezing. This gradually developed the child's resistance to the pollen.

Children in the control group were injected with an inactive substance.

The children were re-evaluated after four years. Of the children who had poilenosis (less severe allergic disease) but

not asthma before treatment, not a single child in the treated group subsequently developed asthma, whereas 50 per cent of the untreated group did.

"Of children who had pollen asthma as well as pallenosis at the beginning of the study, the percentage of those who had no asthma after treatment was 4.6 times greater in those receiving hyposensitization therapy than in the control group," writes Dr. Johnstone.

On NoveMber 15, 1777 — 185 years ago — the Continental Congress approved a plan of union, which was known as the Articles of Confederation. Drawn up by Benjamin Franklin and John Dickinson, and based on an earlier proposal by Richard Henry Lee, these thirteen articles left most of the power of government with the states. The only branch of national government provided for was a Congress, which had but one house. No officer was designated to serve as head of the government. Nor did the new plan create a system of courts which would operate under the national government; neither did Congress have power to levy taxes. Despite these now obvious shortcomings, the Articles were sent to the states for ratification. The new plan went into effect in March, 1781, with its ratification by the last of the thirteen states. Although in the beginning the states would have been opposed to a strong national government, they soon came to realize the need for it and this led to the framing and adoption of the Present Constitution of the United States in 1789.

In the second study (1955), Dr. Johnstone discovered that hyposensitization injections make bacterial vaccines (designed to overcome infection) unimportant in the treatment of children who have episodes of wheezing coupled with respiratory infections at periods other than the pollen season. This threw new light on a problem that often confronts doctors: whether or not the coexistence of allergy and infection necessarily means that the child is overly sensitive to the bacteria which, cause the infection.

The results of this second study substantiated Dr. Johnstone's observation that "when asthematic children receive hyposensitization injections of inI halable allergens, with or without bacterial vaccines, infection then seems to play a relatively minor role." How to Succeed' n Bmin What does it take to reach the top of the ladder in the life insurance business today?

Judging from the men who have succeeded, it takes education and life insurance experience — but some also list their former occupations as coal miner, judge, college professor and state senator.

The institute of Life Insurance has completed a study of the careers of more than 100 presidents and board chairmen of the largest life companies in the United States and Canada. According to the study, the men who reached the top in this group were most likely: (1) to be born in one of the East Central States; (2) to be a college graduate with a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree; (3) to belin with a life company upon graduation, either as an agent or in a actuarial capacity; (4) to achieve a vice presidency after 15 years, and then, (5) after another ten years, to become president.

This is a composite portrait of 116 insurance company presidents and board chairmen studied: while the majority have either B.A. or B.S. degree, there are also, at least 27 who have not completed college and 9 who have only a public school education. Among the college g raduates are severalwho worked during the day and attended classes at night.

There are at least 11 Phi Beta Kappas; 1 magna cum laude and 2 cum laude ,graduates; as well as 28 who have earned either a Bachelor of Laws or Doctor of Laws or both, 8 with Master of Arts degrees, and 6 with either Doctor of Jurisprudence, Bachelor or Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Humane Letters or Bachelor of Letters degrees. In addition, more than a dozen have honorary degrees of Doctor of Laws, Master: of Arts or Doctor of Science. Several have had special training under the auspices of the American College of Life Underwriters or the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, where there is a strong emphasis on insurance education.

A most significant fact is that most of the top men began their careers in the life insurance business: at least 74 either started with their company directly from school, or began with another insurance company. .Law School graduates; in most cases, practiced law after graduation and before entering their present company's legal depart-

ments. Among the group surveyed, there are also two former judges and one former state senator. Three men had been the Superintendents of Insurance of their states.

Other former professors include banking and investment, mortgage and real estate, selling, coal mining, consular service, agriculture, accounting, utilities, ice and oil industries, consulting actuary and college teaching. ; The road to the presidency of an insurance company, judging by this survey, usually has several stopping-off points along the way, each with more prestige than the last — and more responsibility. Manager or director of a division; assistant secretary or assistant treasurer; secretary; treasurer; controller; second vice president; first vice president; senior vice president; executive vice president; or any combination of two at the same time, such as vice president and managing director of agencies, are some of the steps leading to the presidency.

The experience of these men indicates that it takes an average of 15 years to become vice president. Once a vice president, it then takes an average of ten years to become president. In five cases there were only one-year intervals, but in several instances it took more than 25 years.

The life insurance careers of the largest number of these presidents and board chairmen began in actuarial work.

Agents and lawyers were the next most frequent starting points, in that order.

Presidents may net necessarily end up working in the same state in which they were born. Ohio is the state where the largest number of those surveyed were born, with Illinois running second.

The average length of time these presidents and board chairmen have been with their companies is 31 years.

There are individual cases of less than ten years with a company, and at the other end of the scale, there are seven men who have been with their firms 50 years or more.

The avrage age at which the presidency was achieved among these men was 60 years. At the present time, the average age of presidents and board chairmen in this group is 61. )O( The average city slicker has the idea that the farmer ought to grow cheap food for him whether the farmer makes a decent living out of the crop or not.

Are Certain More Like Gall

by Harold N. Schwinger, D. A typical candidate for gall bladder attacks and gall stones has been described as a middle-aged, over-weight, fair-complexioned female. Although a great percentage of the gall bladder patients I have seen do fit the above description, I would have been led astray more than once if I were to base my diagnosis on such superficial appearances. Not only have I found gallstones in all sorts of unlikely candidates, but I have also known many "gallstone prone" women to have every other abdominal ailment except gall bladder dis ease. In gall bladder disease, as in any other ailment, certain physical or personality traits may arouse a physicians suspicions, but only a complete history and physical examination can assure him of an accurate diagnosis.

The examining physician knows that the first symptoms of gall bladder disf?ase may be quite mild, a little indigesoion or a sense of fullness in the abdomen after eating. Subsequently symptoms may be pain under the right ribs or in the upper back, with intestinal gas.

If a stone blocks the passage of bile from gall bladder to intestine, the patient may become jaundiced.

As a radiologist, I find gallstones and demonstrate poorly gall bladders by special techniques. Sometimes the stones are composed of a substance called cholesterol, and cannot be seen on the regular x-ray film. To demonstrate these stones, I give the pa hot several tablets to swallow the night before. The chemical in the tablets is opacrim to the x-rays. It will be picked up by the liver and passed into the gall bladder where it may be stored until needed. The Chemical, by surrounding the cholesterol stones, makes them stand oat as dark round balls. ometimes the I ube or duct leading to the gall bladder will be blocked and the chemical cannot reach the gall bladde r In this case, le gall bladder will not be visible and this, too, indicates a disease process.

Once the diagnosis of gall bladder disease is established, doctors usually recommend removal of the gall bladder.

This eliminates the risk of infection, rupture; peritonitis or possibly a cancerinducing irritation. Such operations are serious, but nearly all patients have marked improvement and can again lead normal lives and enjoy good food.

EVer consider the importance of knowing your rifle?

Many a hunter will go into the woocs during deer season with a gun he never seen before. He may not know how it will shoot, or even whether it will shoot.

Up will jump a buck. Pie will shoot .. and miss. Or worse, inflict a wound from winch the buck will die later, without benefit to anyone.

Hunting big game with a big bore gun, without first getting acquainted with it is one of the most senseless things hunter can do.

Plain talk you say? That's what it is intended to be.

It's fun to get in a little practice shooting. And that's what we are trying to .encourage. Practice shooting not only improves your hunting skills and keeps the ammunition manufacturers in business, but it also provides the 11 _ cent excise tax from which you derive better hunting.

Fortunately most deer hunters own their guns. But a lot of hunters neglect them from year to year.

On the other hand there is the spontaneous hunter, the fellow who decides all ,of a sudden to go hunting. He borrows or leases a gun for the occasion, gets a few cartridges, goes out and misses a few shots, then gripes about it the rest of his life.

One man know won't lend a deer rifle for just that reason. He 'has several guns. In fact, gun collecting is one of his hobbies. He says if a man wants to hunt he should have enough interest to have a gun available that he knows something Another hunter I know had a good deer rifle — in fact several of them — until his boys grew up. Then they took them over. For the last 20 or more years he's borrowed a gun each year to hunt with and always gets his buck. But he knows guns, and hci's well acquainted with the guns he borrows.

It is getting progressively easier for bunter to get acaueinted with his rifle.

Scattered over the state are literally hundreds of rifle ranges where a person can shoot-in the gun. Many gun stores have a place w .oere you can sight -in your rifle or take a few practice shots.

A little dry firing in your own home also is helpful. There you get the prectice of throwing the gun to your should-

er. You get the feel of it. And you learn how to line up the sights.

Deer rifles now are divided into categories.

First there is the lever action, short barrel rifle that usually is used with open sights. These are particularly well adapted to the brush country and the hill country. Basically .30-30 caliber, they are adequate for the white-tailed deer. They are easy to qlandle and almost foolproof.

Then there is the bolt action rifle, usually equipped with the telescopic sight. Herein lies one of . the problems.

Despite the ruggedness of the sight or the mount, it is easier for this gun to get out of alignment. It should be shotin before the season opens, then properly cased so that the sight will not get out of alignment.

Last fall a man we know shot-in his fun, a new model 70 Winchester in the powerful .264 caliber. He had it equipped with one of the best variable scopes money could buy. On a hunting trip he stored it in a cloth case which he packed into the crowded luggage compartment of a small plane. When 'he got to Colorado he missed his first shot at a big buck, by at least six feet.

This year he vows he will pack the gun differently and check it out when he gets into camp.

Between the lever and bolt action rifles are the semi-automatic and the pump. But the same general principles can be applied to them. Check them over thoraughly.

Also this year there will be a great many hunters, especially in the thick brush of East Texas, who will be using shotguns with slugs.

With these new slug cartridges a shotgun now can be very effective and accurate for deer hunting up to 100 yards.

But here again, they should be tested out first, particularly if you plan to use the old scatter barrels without the sighting arrangement necessary for extreme accuracy.

Generally speaking this is a good basic way of sighting-in a rifle.

Because of the trajectory, if you have it on at 25 or 30 yards, it will be on at 100. There will be slight variations, according to the size and speed of the bullet, but not a great deal.

Anyway, it will be within working tolerance and from there you can zero it in to 'nit exactly where you want it. )Qt DRIVE ON TUE LEFT SIDE

A century-old tradition may be upset as a result of discussions now taking place among traffic groups and of ficiais in Britain. British drivers may have to reverse the habits of a lifetime and learn to drive on the right-hand side of the road.

Britain's Transport Minister estimates it would cost billions of dollars to change the left-handed driving pattern that has been traditional in the United Kingdom throughout British motoring history.

Exits from buses would have to be Shifted, private car design would have to be changed and traffic signs relocated on opposite sides of the road.

Nobody is sure why the British have driven on the left side of the ,doad. One explanation is that in early England, travelers preferred to have their sword arms free for self defense against a horseman coming from the opposite direction. In medieval times, the left-sided approach was necessary to allow righthanded men to wield their lances properly.

In America, and in other parts of Europe, right-hand lane driving enabled a wagon driver to wield a whip without endangering wagons passing in the opposite direction. At least, so legend has it.

Most of the gun manufacturers today have developed slug barrels for their _ans. Some of them are only 20 inches long. They have front and rear sights and can be shot with great accuracy up to and even beyond 100 yards.

There appears to be little chance that the British will make the shift to the right-hand lane in the immediate I uture. The idea has just reached the discussion stage and we can be sure that much discussion will be necessary before the British decide to abandon a tradition held for so many centuries. )0(

These barrels, bored especially for slugs, also are excellent for bird shooting. They are about equivalent to improved cylinders.

So if you want to get your deer this year you need to know your rifle. Do some practicing before you go on your hunt. Start firing at a regulation target

Automobile Safety What do professional driver-training instructors think should be done to make cars and highways safer?

That's one of the questions in a nationwide survey of members of the National Professional Driver Education Association, an organization of profeessionaly driver-training schools.

Eighty-three schools were represented, in the returns.

Glare-proof windshields, non-locking brakes, speed governors and better ventilation were among the ideas suggested by the professional drivers, each of whom drives an average of 28,500 miles a year.

Glare removal from dash panels, gas pedal extensions for short people and, for women, a heel rest by the gas pedal were other suggestions.

Ninety per cent of the drivers said cars should be equipped with seat belts.

"Safety" license plates, the kind covered with a reflective material so that they shine at night, were considered worthwhile by 87 per cent of the teachers who responded.

Bigger rear-view mirrors, higher and straighter seats, rear-window wipers, emergency blinker lights and back-window defrosters were other suggestions made by the teachers.

Among the other suggestions made by the drivers, who teach probably 300,000 other drivers every year, were lower window openings on the driver's side so women can use hand signals more easily, tires that are both solid and soft, headlights that turn with the front wheels and a special pull-down center seat with a safety belt for infants.

Bad braking habits and a tendency to drive too fast for their ability were noted by these instructors as the biggest problem for new drivers. )0( This year shopping center developers 'in the United States and Canada mill spend more than $2.4 billion on conshruction and equipment. Will Lose My US, Citizenship?

Question: I am 65 years old. I came to the United States more than 40 years ago, was naturalized soon afterward and lived here ever since. I recently -retired and would like to return to my native country to live, since my pension will go much further there. I am told, how ev er , that if I live in my native county for more than three years I will lose my citizenship. Is this true?

Answer: No. It is true that the Immigration and Nationality Act provides, in general, that naturalized citizens lose their American citizenship if they reside continuously for three years in the foreign state in which they were born or of which they were former nationals. However, an exception is made in the case of individuals who have lived in the United States for at least 25 years after their naturalization and who go abroad to live after they have reached the age of 60.

Since the facts in your case indicate that you meet these two requirements, yau can reside abroad for an unlimited time without losing your American citizenship. Since 1958 the law also permits naturalized citizens who have lived in the United States at least 15 years after their naturalization to reside abroad indefinitely without losing their AmeriCan citizenship, provided their residence abroad is not in the country -of their former nationality.

Not Very Pleasant, But To date, 352 men have died in the Texas electric chair since it was placed in operation on Feb.. 8, 1924. Four Negroes Were executed the first night: Mack Matthews, Tyler; George Wa 'shington, Newton County, and Melvin Johnson and Ewell Morris, both. of Liberty Count:;.

Of the 352 executed, less than a third, 108, were white men. There were 221 Negroes and 23 Latin Americans. In all, 4,10 persons have been sent to death . row; the other 88 have been commuted to life im- , prisonment, died naturally, or are awaiting execution.

Dallas, Houston, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Austin have furniShed the !lulls: of those executed. Both in 1959 and 1961, Texas executed three persons, although the state counted in the neighborhood of 1,000 murders, 95 to 100 of the killings in Dallas County. There were six executions in 1962 and eight in 1960, naking 20 in the past four years. Of these, 11 were Negroes, seven white and two Latin Americans. Dallas supplied four of them; Houston, four, and Austin and Fort Worth, one each.
