Milestone in SPJST History
In the chronicle of any organization there are occasions in its history that will long be remembered, the kind that not only brings these rare occasions to our special attention as these were persons attaining such a venerable age of 96 years in their lives.
The second such observance inhonor of our Sister Anna Matus, of Lodge No, 108 at Rosenberg, Texas will be held at the Needville Lodge Hall of Lodge No. 81 at 3:00 p.m. on November the 9th, where our Supreme Lodge will pay our Sister her policy in full.
Still more rare than this is the occasion where three such persons attain such blessed age, almost at the same time and where they are insured by a fraternal organization that will pay them their life insurance policy in full.
The Third celebration is planned at Lodge 84, Pokrok, in Dallas, Texas, where the Supreme Lodge of the SPJST will pay to Brother Martin Kovar the full amount of his insurance policy. The celebration will start at 3:00 p.m. on the 16th of November in the Dallas Lodge Hall.
