FROM THE EDITOR'S DESK May 1970 has rolled around and again it is the month of flowers with its Mother's Day, followed by June, in which one Sunday is set aside for Fa tiler's Day. Probably this year, more than ever before, the parents and eLlidren alike, will feel the real, deep a;id sincere significance of these two das. The f::rther away, the stronger the ties, its the family, become to bind the family into a fraternal unit. They then appreciatt the days spent to-
gether and the kind courtesies extended to each other. Thee are times when, more than ever, many parents will miss the smile and greeting of their sons and their daughters who, in turn, will miss the warm embrace of those responsible for their being. Why not drop a short note after a hard day's work in some faroff land or distant location that will bring a ray of sunshine and cheer to mothers and fathers assuring them
that they are not forgotten?
Let us hope that there shall not be a single home missing a greeting from their son or daughter, treasured above everything else in these days of unrest and uncertainty, o • Almost countless tributes have been paid to their parents, both Mother and Father, by grateful children, and not one word too many could be expressed in any way in honor of respected and understanding parents.
