Family Fall Bash is right around the corner! Mark your calendars for October 19th, from 5-7 pm, and make plans to join us for this fun night of hayrides, pumpkin painting, a petting zoo, and a trunk or treat. If you’re interested in hosting a trunk, we will provide the candy! You can sign up at www.spirit.church/signup. There will be no Awana or SpiritYOUTH that evening, so spend this time at the bash together as a family! Make sure to bring your own pumpkin to paint, and we’ll see you there!

distributing water filters, holding hygiene clinics, and hosting a marriage conference for families. Please pray for their safe travels, for their impact to be great, and for their hearts to leave forever changed!

If you have not yet joined us in memorizing and reciting our monthly “In the Vault” texts, it’s not too late to jump in! Commit the passage above to memory this month, and recite it at one of our quotation stations on October 26th for a chance to win a free missions trip in 2026. We hope you will join us in placing God’s Word in our hearts!

The month of October is Pastor Appreciation, and we will be celebrating our incredible pastors on Sunday, October 12th. Pastor Jason and Robyn sacrifice and care for our church family so selflessly, and we want to show them how much we love them! On this day, our deacons will receive a special offering for the Fullerton family. If you would like to contribute, you may give in the offering that day, and you are welcome to bring a card to offer a word of encouragement and appreciation to the info table in the commons. Thank you for loving our pastors well!

7 Things No One Tells You About Money Until It’s Too Late: Most people don’t realize these truths until they’re buried in debt and out of options.
1. You can make a six-figure income and still be broke. I’ve talked to people making $200,000 a year who are living paycheck to paycheck. Why? They spend it all. Wealth isn’t about income. It’s about behavior.
2. Debt is the most marketed product in America. Car payments, credit cards, and personal loans keep you a slave. Proverbs says it best: “The borrower is slave to the lender.” If you want freedom, you’ve got to cut the chains of debt.
3. Your future self is begging you to invest early. The earlier you invest, the more compound interest works in your favor. A 20-year-old investing $100 a month will retire a millionaire. Time is your biggest wealth-building tool.
4. Most people never build wealth because they never have a plan. Wealthy people don’t wing it. They budget and give every dollar a job.
5. Stuff will never make you wealthy. The newest car, phone, or bag won’t change your net worth. Contentment and discipline build wealth.
6. Generosity is part of the plan. When you manage money well, you can give like no one else. That’s real financial peace.
7. Your friends will think you’re crazy... until you’re free. People will laugh when you drive an old car or skip the vacation, but later they’ll ask how you built a life with no payments and real peace. Don’t wait until it’s too late to learn this: Take control of your money. Live on a plan. Get out of debt. Build wealth. Then you can live and give like no one else.
