ROOM BLOCKS
In order to create a room block, a minimum of ten rooms must be reserved on a single night and at least 80% of the commitment must be fulfilled by the cutoff date, which is four weeks prior to the arrival date. You are welcome to request more than 10 rooms and/or multiple nights, all subject to availability. As long as one night matches the requirement, you are free to book fewer rooms on other nights. If the block fills up and more rooms are required, they may be added if available. The initial negotiated rate is not guaranteed for additional rooms. Should the total block fall short of 80%, you are financially responsible for the difference.
With a guaranteed block, guests will receive a group rate, a dedicated wedding specialist, access to an online dashboard where you may monitor the block at any time, and you are eligible for special concessions applied to one room noted below:

If you do not meet the minimum requirement or wish to not be financially liable, a courtesy rate may be provided. A courtesy rate does not allow you to see who has and has not booked. The courtesy rate cannot be matched from guest to guest. The current available courtesy rate can only be guaranteed at the time of booking, and there is no guarantee that a courtesy rate is available.
GUEST ROOMS
All guest rooms have been recently renovated and feature hard wood floors, a mini-fridge and a flatscreen TV with Netflix capabilities.
A mixture of standard rooms with either one king size bed or two queen size beds are included in your block. All standard rooms have a partial view of the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati skyline. Upgraded room types are available to guests and based upon availability.

A waterview king and waterview king balcony are the same size as a standard king room. King corner rooms have an additional 100 sq. ft. of space, which may be suitable as a ready room for a smaller party of 3-4 people.
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed.
If early access to a guest room is required, you must reserve your room the night prior as well.
You are permitted to bring your own food and beverage into guest rooms, or you may order through our catering menu. Hotel can provide table and chairs in a guest room for an additional charge.
GIFT BAGS
Should you wish to provide gift bags for your guests, the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter is pleased to offer our assistance. Please inform the hotel at least 21 days prior to your event if you plan to provide gift bags.
To ensure a smooth process, gift bags must be delivered to the hotel’s Front Desk no later than 72 hours before the first guest's check-in date. On the day of arrival, the gift bags will be distributed to the individual guestrooms as specified on your room list.
You have the option to choose between generic bags for all guests or personalized bags that correspond to the names on each reservation. The cost for personalized bags given our at check-in or delivered to guest rooms is $5.00 per bag. Please note that the hotel will distribute generic gift bags at check-in for free.
PARKING
We offer both valet and self-parking options.
Valet allows guests in & out privileges for $42 (plus taxes) overnight.
Self-parking is explained further in the diagram below. Guests will pay each time they exit the garage or parking lot.

HOSPITALITY SUITES
Hospitality suites consist of a standard room, either king or double queen, connected to a parlor room. There are only four total in the hotel (2-king & 2-double queen) and are located on the 2nd floor (East/West sides of the building). A parlor room features a wet bar, small sofa, king size murphy bed, and restroom. If you require guaranteed access to a suite prior to 4pm, you must book the night before as well. Suites permit outside food & beverage.

READY ROOM
We have three Terrace rooms that are each about 550 sq. ft. and make the perfect room to get ready in! Each room has windows with stunning views of the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati skyline and two have small balconies. The Terrace Rooms offer you more space than a standard guest room and include high top chairs, floor length mirrors, large table with linens, chairs, dress rack and power strips.
Ready Rooms are $500++ for an 8-hour time period. After 24% service charge and 6% tax, your total would be $657.20. A deposit is required when contracting. Food and Beverage must be ordered through hotel in a Terrace Ready Room.
REHEARSAL DINNER
We are more than happy to assist with your rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch or wedding after party. Many of our event spaces have windows with stunning views of the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati skyline. Our most popular event space is the Riverview Ballroom that includes a private balcony and firepits.
