Great stay at this convention hotel. Check-in and check out were a breeze. Easy access to the convention hall next door. The breakfast buffet and dining options were excellent. The lounge was great option for watching football. Plenty of options for a late night snack as well.

The hotel is conveniently located for what we needed it for, it is nicely appointed and well-maintained, all the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Valet parking brought my car around promptly which was greatly appreciated. It was so convenient to have the restaurant in the lobby. I thought it was strange at first to have that set-up, but it allowed people in our group to find each other easily and we were able to "hang out" to our content and eat and drink.
Amy Amorello was very accommodating when I worked with her regarding the contract, and Tate Perrine was also very accommodating regarding the arrangements for our Family Gathering in the lobby/restaurant. They both aimed to please and met all my expectations. 2.4.25

“As a collegiate basketball program, there is no better place that we stay every year than the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter, and Hugh Moore is far and away the most courteous and thoughtful point of contact and event manager that I have ever had; by a wide margin. We arrive late in the evening from Dayton and immediately we are met with extreme hospitality. Hugh takes incredible care of our entire team, and especially my Head Coach. There's no hotel that I walk into that I feel more welcome and taken care of. There is nobody that helps groups get settled in and feel welcomed than Hugh”

“We had a great group stay. Hugh did a great job from organizing our group, to check in- to check out. Our event space worked out wonderfully and our team felt appreciated. Hugh Moore was wonderful and very accomodating! Our event server(s) were fantastic as well. I'm sorry but I cannot remember the banquet server's name. She did a fantastic job with clearing plates and updating the buffet for the hour we were there on Saturday morning. We had a great male server in the bar area for dinner on Friday evening. We had a large group and can sometimes be "needy" but everyone was pleasant and great to work with!”

My stay was incredible . The entire staff was so kind, helpful, and accommodating in so many ways.
I’ve never experienced anything like it. The valet, front desk, bar tender, breakfast staff, barista, and room service all went above and beyond my expectations.
